Really more of a 3.5 star experience. Services received: aloe pedicure with gel polish, manicure with SNS over natural nail with gel topcoat. Cost: $130 ($155 with tip). Pros: positive atmosphere. The staff enjoys each other, which is nice to be around. The techs were gentle and sensitive to my comfort with both my gel pedicure and SNS w/gel topcoat. Unlike another reviewer’s experience, the younger woman who did my pedicure was very diligent about matching my toes to my fingers. She went above and beyond, layering several polishes to get it just right, even though I told her I didn’t expect it to be exact. Twice I asked them to change what they were doing—Dremmeling my natural nail and a creative twist with my toe polish I didn’t care for—and they accommodated my request immediately with no attitude. Cons: the salon itself is a little dark and dingier than I prefer, more old school. The price doesn’t reflect this: it was about 15% higher than the newer, more modern salon I take my teenagers to. The 40-something man who did my SNS seemed to get a little impatient with my questions about what he was doing. My dip was a little messy. Most fingers had color left around my cuticle. Overall I would recommend this salon if you value customer service and a relaxed family atmosphere over a high-end salon feel with impeccable hygiene and highly skilled results.

Got these nails sunday July 31st 2022 on August 1st 2022 broken nail and a chipped nail, mind you I got gel. I never broken a nail this early of me getting them. I regret not staying at my normal nail salon but me and my sister in law, and have a broken nail too, we were running out of time and really want our nails done but didn’t tell them so they didn’t rush so this wouldn’t happened and yet it did. We will never come here and go to my nail salon.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a nail spa. The employees were kind and thorough. They took the time to make sure we were happy and they did everything in their power to make sure we were relaxed. Initially I was pleased with the results until the next day when I realized the technician had cut into my toe deeply. Almost 4 weeks later and I’m still treating my toe with antibiotic cream and being very careful not to stub my toe on anything.

My husband and I have been going here for years. Went today, they started my pedicure. My husband waited 45 minutes for someone to do his pedicure. There were employees hanging out in the back, but no one came to do his pedicure. After an hour he gave up and went to the car. The guy who did my pedicure cut my toenail so short that he cut my skin. There’s also gel polish on every single one of my toes and the paint on my nails is poorly done. I now have to go somewhere else to have the gel polish taken off and redone. Very disappointing after so many years of good service.
