I went there a while back in the middle of painting my nails the owner decided it was a good time to feed the fish and add water to the tank! He just got up didn’t say a thing and walked over to the aquarium. I was dumbfounded! I wanted more than 5 minutes! When he came back I said questioned him and he acted like it was no big deal. There were 4 workers in the salon and no customers. I should have just walked out. I had never seen anyone so rude and unprofessional!

I wish I could give negative stars to this place. As soon as I walked in and saw it was empty I should’ve walked right out so this may be my fault to begin with. Any way, I asked for acrylic tips and a pedicure with gel polish. They rushed the entire time and gave me the most disgusting set of nails I’ve ever seen. The woman who did my pedicure continued to pinch me and make me bleed no matter how many times she heard me say ouch. Than they charged me $70 dollars even though I told them I felt rushed and they did a terrible job. As soon as the man who calls himself “Tom” swiped my debit card, he told me to get out. Don’t waste your hard earned money or time here! If you want to see pictures of the mess they gave me, check them out on yelp before you consider getting your nails done here.

Kim does my nails and they are always perfect. Everyone there is very polite and they just upgraded the salon to make use of all of their space. So now they have more techs and more chairs to accommodate more people!

Very rude and unprofessional. One lady was standing over my shoulder rushing me to pick a color so I didn’t even get the color I really wanted. As I was sitting down she demanded my father to get up at that moment to pay and he had a credit card.. she demanded cash when there was a credit card machine right in front of us and got mad that we used credit. The guy was mumbling under his breath talking about my father and when we asked what he said he said just kidding and was laughing. They over charged us and questioned me about my personal life and I’m 18 years old. Tina is the most amazing pleasent person there and was amazing to us. Everyone else was very rude. Won’t go there again

I went yesterday and asked for dark purple acrylics with purple acrylic glitter that is not square. They gave me square bumpy lumpy regular gel nails that is a light purple and a magenta non acrylic glitter and only did 1cote. Worst customer service ever if i could give i 0 stars i would.

I went there a few days ago, I had brought my niece and we wanted a specific thing so I showed them pictures. They did my nieces finger and toe nails completely opposite of what I showed them. They gave me a hard time because I wanted glitter acrylic instead of glitter nail polish. Also it looks like a child did my toe nails. I’m very very disappointed. They also charged me $95 for a complete disgrace.

I didn’t have an appointment and I got in right away. That was the only positive point in my experience. I had a full set of acrylic nails put on, and the guy didn’t take the time to fully remove all the old nail polish. My nails were rushed and it shows.

I had a horrible experience there this week. I went with my mom as a special treat ar 6:20. No one was in salon and they seemed annoyed that we wanted pedis. When Mrs.owner started to scrub my foot she took skin off and then I yelled OW! She dismissed it then my foot bled! Then she sprayed my foot qithoutntelling me witb alcohol!! On an open cut! NEVER EVER GOING BACK!

They got me in right away and i asked for coffin shaped acrylics but short because i worked and they did a terrible job.. the lady would not listen to anything i said and i ended up with bumpy and Square acrylics with smuged nailpolish.. worst 30$ iv ever spent. extreamly unprofessional
