Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWorst experience ever!!I visited went on Sunday to the Thames St. Location in Newport RI.It was very unorganized, we had appointments along with everyone else who showed up and they had no idea. Three people working and only one (the youngest) seem to kind of know what she was doing. I received the worst pedicure ever no massage nothing it was basically an overpriced color change & the women (may of been the owner) was so rude & rushed for no reason she just sat for an hour while people with appointments also sat & waited.My daughter got a dip manicure (it took well over an hour & 1/2) the girl doing them seemed unsure of what she was doing but she was the only who seemed to be able to do dip.People kept coming in with appointments and they had no idea.The place was extremely dirty. Myself and another person both had pedicures they never cleaned the tubs after. I sat there for well over an hour and watched. No one seemed to know pricing. I have never written a negative review before but I didn’t want anyone to go through what we went through. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAmazing nail salon! Best one around. My nails are always done exactly how I ask and the nail techs are SUPER friendly. They make me feel comfortable AND beautiful. What more could you ask for?! 11/10 recommend (:

Critical: QualityWent in for an acrylic gel set, and I felt very optimistic about this place since the staff was nice right off the bat. However, I was very disappointed and upset with the finished product. The nail technician did a sloppy job and it looks very unprofessional. She cut the length shorter than I wanted and barely made the shape look coffin – it was rounded at the sides and no two nails look identical. The tops are also not smoothed out and bumpy as well, everything just looks awful. Unbelievable. $55 + tip for nothing. If the owner reads this, I advise you to make sure your employees listen to the customers and do a better job, because this was not good at all. The nail technician did a sloppy job and it looks very unprofessional.
