Jenni, Lisa,Andy,John and Vi are all so nice and welcoming. They make each customer a friend. They do wonderful nails and pedicures. I’ve been going there for over 12 years. Highly recommend.

I gave this place a try a few times, each time I had someone different and each person did my nails completely different for the same service, sometimes they were very thick another time they were so thin they were cracking and breaking within a week and they did not offer to fix it when I went back in. Another time I went in with a picture, asked if that could be done, I was told yes and it was far from what I showed. One guy kept getting up to go smoke while I was waiting for my nails to be finished, my last attempt was when I sat down someone else’s fingernail clippings were all over the counter where my hands were, dirty tools were used/ The tools that were used on my hands were far from sterile and I got an infection after being cut by one. I don’t usually leave poor reviews, staff was nice for the most part, however cleanliness needs improvement.

My nails were so crooked I cut them off and filed them down myself when I got home. Plus was charged extra for almond shape … why would that be extra? Nail tech also accused me of touching my wet nail when he walked away and I literally didn’t move my hand a centimeter. Terrible. Won’t be back.

Went with a friend for manicures and pedicures. Had an appointment at 6:00. They didn’t start working on us until 6:30. Our manicures didn’t even last a week. Do not recommend this place at all. I just got a clear coat and she got gel. She’s a teacher and I have an office job. Not like we are big huge construction workers working with our hands or we’d be completely understanding. Go somewhere else. She tried to go see if they would make it right. They didn’t. Disappointing. Only positive thing I have is the massage chair that was massaging me in areas I haven’t been massaged in a while .

They did a great job in the dip and pedicure. However, I got a fungal infection in a toe nail and now have to take an oral medication daily for 3 MONTHS! Definitely not going back. Dip powder, Pedicure
