Critical: QualityI just went in for a SNS removal and when she finished and sent me out I looked closer and she had left part of the tip still on my nails.. this is the second time that I have gone in and the work just didn’t stand up.. They are so sweet and nice but just double check before you walk out the door..

Critical: QualitySo this was my first time there. i walked in they weren’t busy which was nice. i got a regular pedi. the lady doing mine spent like 2 mins smoothing out the roughest of my feet and i said something to her about it she said oh its just the weather. The whole experience only took 30 mins that was the fastest pedi i have ever had i had to come home and smooth out my feet since she did such a poor job. So this was my first time there. i walked in they weren’t busy which was nice. i got a regular pedi. the lady doing mine spent like 2 mins smoothing out the roughest of my feet and i said something to her about it she said oh its just the weather. The whole experience only took 30 mins that was the fastest pedi i have ever had i had to come home and smooth out my feet since she did such a poor job. I’ve been coming to TNAILS for years. I love the service I receive from Holly and Katie, they are extremely meticulous & take great care of me when I come in. The facility is very clean and they take pride in making sure all their tools are sanitized prior to each service. On occasion I’ve had to wait even though I had an appointment made. Great place to get your nails done!!

So I’ve gone to this salon about twice and decided to go again today. As my daughter and I walk in they told me to wash my hands, totally fine. However, as I was walking towards the back to wash my hands, I was told I needed a mask. If I didn’t have one, they said they would provide one. I am never someone to write bad reviews but I had the worst experience today, my nails were cut so short they were stubs, the tips were the wrong size completely, shaping was horrible and my nails were inconsistent, some ends pointy and some round and different directions. I have been going here for almost a year so the fact that this happened really upset me.

The ladies here were very nice but my experience was not. The gel pedicure was great but the SNS nails are not… my fingers are throbbing because she filed so much on the top (no reason for that much filing!) and the pink looks speckled with white powder. I’ve had SNS regularly in Buckhead and this is not how it’s supposed to look. Also, this place is very expensive— I paid $48 for just the SNS and she did not even massage my hands with lotion!

This is the worst nail salon I have been to in the Roswell area. In recent years, I typically go to Nail Concept to get a gel nail manicure and pedicure, and my gel nails will last for 4+ weeks – typically the cuticles grow out and my nails become too long before there are any signs of the polish chipping. However, Nail Concept has a fairly limited selection of colors, so I decided to try somewhere new. I was very impressed at the color selection and organization at T Nails. However, less than a week and a half after my sloppy gel manicure, the gel has completely come off. I would love to go back and confront the staff about this poorly done job and waste of money, but I had a friend return to the salon to have a nail on her gel manicure fixed and the owner refused. Then an unprofessional screaming match ensued between the owner and her employees. I will never go to this salon again, and I will be returning to Nail Concept despite their small color selection. You can’t beat a gel manicure that lasts 4+ weeks.

Got manicure pedicure eyebrow wax. I was missing a chunk of eyebrow never had a problem so I didn’t care that the lady did not give me the mirror for me to see what she had done. Surprise when I got home see my self in the mirror. It grows back all she needed to tell me was I did a mistake do you want me to even them out. Manicure had lots of bumps I told he and she said she would fix it and added more polished. Not fixed worse. I’ve been going there for years. There was some stuff that were wrong gel chips off but nail polish can be removed not a big dealit takes me a lot to get me upset. I think they need to be careful who they hire.
