I’ve been to this salon three times now and each time had an amazing experience! I was greeted each visit the literal second I walked through the door and asked what services I’d be getting. My first time going was about 15-30 minutes after opening as I was hoping to avoid the crowds of the afternoon. The salon was pretty full even in the morning but I was helped quickly with no wait. The second visit was in the afternoon the week of Thanksgiving and I waited maybe 10 minutes to be helped (I had my sister with me and she was helped just as quickly.) my third visit was in the morning and again I was helped with no wait.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI didn’t catch the guys name, I’m very very picky with my nails. Came in this morning wasn’t busy at all got seated right away. He did a great job, but my picky self would’ve liked the white tips to be a little longer on the sides. Initially was trying to do glitter gel polish for the hearts, but that didn’t work out I trusted the process and the guy put plain red mail polish and just red glitter on them. Absolutely love them! I didn’t catch the guys name, I’m very very picky with my nails. Came in this morning wasn’t busy at all got seated right away. He did a great job, but my picky self would’ve liked the white tips to be a little longer on the sides. The establishment is very nice and clean!! Tracy did a great job on my acrylic set, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my nails came out exactly like the picture!!! Mint also did a great job on my pedicure!! I will definitely be coming back . Pedicure, Acrylic nails

not a great experience. No one greeted me, or told me where to find the shellac colors. No one ever offered me a drink or literally even asked how my day was. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. I will absolutely not be back

I only rate it a 2 because of Nelly. The manicurists has poor communication and give dip powder that looks like a fill when they are done. My daughter asked for matte/coffin nails and the first set were square nails. We had to wait about 30 minutes and the other manicurists re did nails and she painted her nails instead of matte finish. We left unhappy with the service.

When I told her I wanted the color base on the picture, she said ‘You should’ve told me earlier’ with an attitude (she had literally put only one layer of powder). I didn’t even have a bad attitude myself and I apologized for the miscommunication..Not only that but she made my nails so square the edges are so sharp and uneven that it gets stuck in my clothes and hair. Definitely a disappointment today and reason why I take a star off my original review. Next time I’ll just stick with the ones I like.UPDATED 05/01/22: Yesss! This place is definitely the best in Waxahachie!!! Ann did my nails this time (square) and I can’t stop looking at them. LOVE THEM!! This time I got offered a drink, lol.I left this place soooo happy, and sad because I didn’t get the name of the guy who did my nails. He did an AMAZING job! I love my nails. Mint did my nails (pink and white) and pedicure and Amy did my moms nails just a basic acrylic french and also did really good. definitely recommend this place!

Me and my husband decided to try this place. We did the deluxe pedicure and manicure. They exceeded my expectation. The service time to get to the chair was immediate and the work was excellent. Shelton took care of me I didn’t get the lady’s name who took care of my spouse but he was pleased. The drinks were a hit too! We will definitely be returning.
