walked in with an appointment but didn’t start until 30 minutes later. there was another client but when she did my nails, she wouldn’t even sanitize her hands in between. she gave me the wrong shape and my nails look…chunky. she didn’t give me enough time to let my nails dry before she put the second coat on which caused them to peel hours later. she glued the side of my finger to the fake nail (which she kept filing only the skin causing the experience to be painful). my cousin got her nails done after mine and she didn’t wash or sanitize her hands or tools. i paid 55 which was a COMPLETE waste of money. my cousin came home with crooked nails and i came home with nails that were peeling and too large for my nail bed. i called later to get the peeling fixed and she blamed me for the peeling!! she rushed the entire time and it was because she had to pick her child up. we would’ve had no problem waiting another time or day. she didn’t tell us until after the appointment and rushed out.

They were very kind, however between giving another client a pedicure and coming to my manicure the tech did not wash or sanitize her hands. The tools she used were clearly used and not sanitized either. An extremely messy end result, see photo. I won’t be going back. Manicure, Gel manicures

$75 for a full set that started peeling by the time I got to my car. I don’t know why you’d keep filing my nails after you’ve put the gel polish on but to upcharge me for holo powder that I SUPPLIED is just wrong. Critical: Quality, ValueCalled in the morning for an appointment pedicure. Arrived on time. After about maybe 5-10 minutes they sat me in a massage chair. The water in the foot bath was cold so I requested it be warmed up. They obliged and shot lava water at my feet for a few minutes to warm it all up. My entire pedicure lasted MAYBE 15 minutes. It was rushed through. Someone sitting in the salon with me was also getting a pedicure by another tech; she was there before me and had her feet in the water while being pampered before I even walked in till I was leaving. She was just starting getting her nails painted while I was paying and walking out of the salon. When I paid they charged me $50! I thought, it’s fine, mainly I wanted my nails painted and shaped anyway. But when I got home and took off my shoe my “cured” gel polish had a huge gash in it.
