I love going to T-Nails. They have a great staff and, maybe a little TMI, but they are one of the only places that truly help with ingrown toenails. Both my sister and best friend have that issue and they have started they refuse to go anywhere else. And my best friend doesn’t really like to get pedicures because she is extremely ticklish, but she will go to them because they do such a wonderful job.

I was quoted $30 for a fill but when I went to pay it was $50. They charged me $20 extra for 4 half nail sparkles. Didnt do anything extra or special ive gotten 2 colors countless times and have never been charged extra and if I was they would let me know before we did the work. Not this place. They did a great job on my nails and were friendly but not discussing price beforehand especially when it was not a small amount is not okay. If i would have known before i would have asked for a full new set which they do for $40 if they were going to charge me $50 anyways. Never going back

The new ownership is dedicated to customer service! The focus on customer service was apparent during my entire visit. I was treated like a VIP. Not only was I offered a free soda, but the moment that I began looking at my cell phone, I was told the Wireless password, without my even needing to ask!!

Came to this salon fifteen minutes after opening and the lights were off and it was closed. I called the number on the front and someone answered saying they were open even though I was standing right in front of the salon. Then when I explained to her I was already there she said they were booked all day with no openings.

Mia is gone! What am I going to do now! Tried someone new and it took almost 3 hours for a basic fill, something that only took Mia 1 hour. Customer service was decent , the man in the front isn’t very welcoming or that friendly. He is actually quite rude. He doesn’t know what he is doing and always asks the girls how much to charge. You can’t relax while getting a pedicure because he is always yelling across the room. Over all awful nail salon. I don’t know where Mia went or if she is continuing to do nails another place but I will miss her great work and her welcoming smile.

Went in for a pedicure. Had an appointment for 1st appointment of the day, still waited 10 mins bc their staff hadn’t arrived yet. The woman that did my pedicure cut and drew blood on 3 toes. Hardly massaged my feet/legs and then after waiting 20 minutes or more to put shoes on the Polish was still not dry enough and my nails are messed up. Literally the hugest waste of 26 dollars (I shouldn’t have tipped). I’m so irritated and disappointed I could almost cry. Never going back.

My sister and I went in to have our eyebrows waxed, and the lady burned me. I had three burns after getting my eyebrows waxed, which scabbed and were visible for about four days thereafter. My sister’s eyebrows also didn’t match. One eyebrow is smaller than the other. Had never had a bad experience before when going there, but definitely won’t be returning after this experience.
