Honestly not the best, and my manicurist seemed rushed to get me out the door. (To be fair, it was the day before graduation.) She was rough with my cuticles and had me switching hands into the nail lamp as she painted each nail. She also made no effort to give me the nail art I had asked for because “my nails were too small”.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in here to get acrylic nails on. After 4 days my nail completely fell off after being told they would stay on for three weeks. I went back in and they gladly fixed my nails, but only to have 3 more fall off 2 days later. It hadn’t even been a week since I had them on and I went through 2 sets of nails. Acrylic nails are not supposed to easily come off, I’ve broken my nails and bled before trying to get them off myself and these nails came off simply by grabbing my seatbelt. Had a really bad experience with the staff there. Been a few times and had a good experience, but the one time I didn’t it was absolutely awful. I got a french tip, but the lady kept doing it wrong, so I asked her to fix it kindly and she was very rude and refused to finish it. The owner came over and fixed all them, making me 30 min later than expected, poorly done work, and made me tip the lady that had yelled at me for asking her to please fix them.

Honestly the worst set of acrylics i’ve ever gotten. The first time I went in I left with unfinished nails as they couldn’t even do french tip and needed me to come in when a different lady was available. After i went in 2 days later my nails began to lift, so I went back and was treated so rudely when it was their fault. Now here I am and all my nails were able to pop off extremely easy. Acrylic nails should stay on at least 2 weeks and these lasted about 4 days. Horrible customer service and horrible nails. Honestly wish I could get a refund.

I came here with two friends to get nails done for our vacation. I really liked the pedicure services, it included parafin wax and a hot stone massage and my one friends gel manicure looked great. However my other friends acrylic nails started falling off after 4-5 days which was super disappointing especially considering how expensive acrylics are. Mine are still intact but I don’t love the shape or length, my friend and I both had the same manicurist and she was clearly rushing for both of us so it was hard to communicate what I wanted. Maybe it was just an off day but still.
