Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been here a few times with no problems. I go here to get my hands and feet done before I go on vacation.This last time I went I got this lady seemed like a good job but 1day later my Shilac Polish was peeling off and its supposed to last 2 weeks. So the day I’m supposed to leave for my trip, I go back to the shop (didn’t really have time) to have them fixed. The lady used her grinding tool to remove the polish but she thinned out my nail so thin I couldn’t touch anything without it hurting. She took off my polish like and the owner said she’d fix my nails. I waited for her but she was busy so I had to leave for my trip. ( couldn’t wait any longer) she told me to come back. My nails were so damaged I had to let them rest and heal. (And grow) I went back, owner on vacation. Then this other worker said I waited too long and now I can’t get them done again. Well! I paid $88 for a really poor job and this is what I get? I even gave them my phone number so the owner could call me. She never did.I’ll never go back again! I’ve had pedis done for 20+ years and they took callous removal more seriously than anyone ever has. Massage could have been better but the callous removal was the best ever. I’ll be a new regular

My fiance got me a giftcard for this place for my birthday so my daughter and I went together after I called and asked them if they had any openings for an acrylic set, nails painted for my daughter and pedicures for both. The owner gave me the time and when I showed up she acted shocked about what services I was there for…even though I told her over the phone when she asked. She explained by fiance told her wrong, even though it was me who she spoke too for the appointment. Not a big deal, but when it came down to what colors and shape I was seeking it turned into an ordeal. All i asked for was coffin shape and apparently they didn’t understand because her voice raised & I was made to feel like a complete dummy in front of other customers. She pulled her phone out and said “WHICH ONE DO YOU WANT?!” I again, pointed to coffin shape. I could feel the frustration and couldn’t help but feel myself that I was not a paying customer but an inconvenience. I was so uncomfortable at the end of it all that I will never go back. I paid them a generous tip but not really sure why my FIRST time visiting this salon had to be so stressful, especially on my birthday when I was looking to be pampered. 🙁

Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityClean, very kind people. They were not rough on my hands nor were they trying to rush so the nail process was gentle. I was upset that they couldn’t do marble or a flower but my nails still turned out good. I would recommend this place to others but I would make sure to ask specifically if they can do your design before starting.
