My 7 year old sister had done better jobs painting my nails. Clear spots seeing through the paint everywhere, clumpy, absolutely do not recommend. Will be redoing my nails as soon as I get home. This was my first time coming here and I read a lot of negative reviews before hand. I wasn’t expecting to greatness. I came because it was convenient. My experience was much better than I expected. I love the color of my gel nails, despite having to choose a different color because the original color was empty. I opted for the most expensive pedicure and enjoyed it a lot. Overall I will go back. Time will tell if my nails will look good for a couple of weeks.

I use to come here 1 to 2 times of year. This last time the service went down hill. I was very disappointed I would not recommend this place anymore.The lady was very distracted during the pedicure. Worried about other customers but not about me. I told her I needed heal work. Didn’t even touch my heal. The massage part of the pedicure was like she was just touching my leg and it was short. She cut a chunk out of my toe nail.

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityTook my niece and my best friend here to get pedicures. We called and made an appointment for the 3 of us. Got there and they immediately sat us down. However, we sat there for 40 minutes and they hadn’t even started on my niece. She ended up just walking out without getting anything done. I got my toes done but now have an infection in my left big toe which I’m assuming came from dirty tools. Another lady also walked out after sitting for around 30 minutes and not being attended to. Critical: Quality, ValueI went to T Nails for the first time because I was on the south side of town. I was not impressed at all! The price was $10 more than my regular nail salon and the quality was horrible! I have had my dip nails less then 2 weeks and 4 are already chipped. They charge extra for everything including taking gel polish off but they don’t tell you anything about it until you pay . My friend got her nails painted and her heals done . That’s it no massage no extra nothing and it was $40! I have recommended this place to many people for awhile but the last year things have been bad. Had a bad experience last time I was here with another lady I came with andthought I would try it again because sometimes it’s just a bad day but no. I wouldn’t recommend any longer . Also eyebrows were done so bad last time I almost cried.
