Nails look decent. But the second I walked in I felt like a burden to be there. I was the only guest and there was only one nail tech. She was talking to someone on her phone half the time and rushed me big time. at the end she said “finally you’re done” with an attitude. mind you my appointment was only 20 minutes long. I am not sure if she was having a bad day?? It was my first time and I will not be coming back.

Place was a terrible experience. To begin, I told them ahead of time I wanted a French manicure with acrylics. They said they could do it when I booked my appointment but then went able to. The website said all their tools are sterile but they were completely dirty, dust covered and used already!!!! So not sanitary!!! The lady doing my nails kept rolling her eyes and talking to her other coworker about me when I would point out something wrong. I should have just got up and left. I decided to stay and my nails turned out terrible. There is no apex on my nails and they are different lengths and shapes. I want my money back!!! Never go here!!!!

Decent place, since living near T Nails I usually come here a lot to get my nails done. I don’t have any complaints the reason why I rated a four-star instead of a five-star is because I think that they could be a little bit more neat in a way. I think it’s a good place and I recommend it.

Waste of time and money. Pedicure happened and never noticed I got one. No attention to detail on nails or cuticles. Twisted my toes in less than comfortable fashion to do the slightest of trim work. While attempting the same quality of manicure (poor at best) the manicurist bumped my foot with his and ruined a nail, never acknowledged it. Angela applied polish and twisted my finger while applying polish and wrecked a nail. This place was NOT busy at the time and this was a scheduled appointment.

This place is a joke. My daughter and I went for a pedicure….the staff are unpleasant and truly mean. Basically got my feet pulled in and out of the water, one time with a painful toe hold. Big toe nails were uneven. Everything was rushed and the nail file barley touched my nails. Went back the next day because the polish was coming off and to get the uneven-ness corrected. I got yelled at in front of customers for trying to politely ask for a quick fix. This was everything BUT a pleasant experience. Stay away unless for some reason you want to turn your day from good to really bad.

I have had my nails done at several other places in Stevens Point before trying T-Nails. I have had my nails done (manni/pedi) three times now and have not been disappointed. The facility is clean and odor free. The staff is caring as well as proficient. Their artwork is beautiful. It is my new “go to” spot!
