Positive: Quality, ValueI have been going to this salon for 10 yrs. Han never disappoints with my lashes. I get compliments everytime I get them done. They have the best prices around for the quality you get. My lashes always last up to a month all for 25. It’s 20 if you don’t want them as full. You can get your eyebrows done for 10 dollars more. Yes, they are busy sometimes, like any salon. Plan accordingly, weekend days are always busy at any establishment. I have been going to this salon for 10 yrs. Han never disappoints with my lashes. I get compliments everytime I get them done. They have the best prices around for the quality you get. My lashes always last up to a month all for 25. It’s 20 if you don’t want them as full. You can get your eyebrows done for 10 dollars more. Yes, they are busy sometimes, like any salon. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in to get a eyebrow wax.The woman who provided the service was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ask for her to leave them a bit thicker and when she first waxed them I mentioned that they had no arch at all. I was ok with her moving forward however she threw the supplies and walked out of the room. At that point I sat in the room and she literally never provided an explanation and never returned to discuss her issues. I will never return to this place again.
