So I been coming here for years now only to have came last week to be disappointed. It all started wen walking in the lady that normally does my pedicure was busy with a client I then knew. Instead of waiting I thought I wasn’t getting anything too dramatic… so I ask for regular pedicure add acrylic on my big toe and white french tip. I asked the lady doing my pedicure to add a tip on my big toe and she decided she would sculpt it out instead which is also fine, if she knew what she was doing I had the feeling she did not but still she continued. I went home after my service only to notice she made the acrylic curving down and from the side it was even mine unappealing. So I went back they where closed on Sunday& Monday..! So I came back Tuesday they corrected it with out an issue. I then asked if she would remove the acrylic and put a tip as I asked for originally she said it woulD take to long she went on fixing my nail and made both my big toe nailsSO THIN she CRACKED the nail and painted over it. I did not notice till I was home Tht both nails was cracked. I’m so MAD because I tipped the both of them and paid for this only to now have it REMOVED from another salon and redone. It is my time I can not get back that you have WASTED! and my hard earned money I feel SCAMMED

Critical: Quality, ValueI never ever complain but this was truly the worst pedicure I’ve had. I came in on a Sunday, knew she had cut me but didn’t complain or ask for a discount. 24hrs later my toe was bleeding nonstop, and just got worse from there. I went back and she scraped my cut “clean” with her nail and a cottonball and slapped some Neosporin on it. I paid $50 for the gel pedicure and honestly you can probably go anywhere else and get better quality at a better price, and leave with all your toes lolI never ever complain but this was truly the worst pedicure I’ve had. So I’ve gone to this nail salon several times bc I live on Bells Ferry Rd and it’s close and convenient. Kind of backed off bc few times experienced bad attitudes and them using their language knowing, in my heart, they’re saying unpleasant things. Last time, my mom came to town and wanted to treat her to mani/pedi. Moment we walked in, “DO YOU HAVE AN APPT?!” We said no and they gave the pandemic spill, blah, blah so we respectfully left. Walked in today, 7/24/22, got the same vibe!! Blv it’s the owner who said, “Hello. What you want?” I said, “Mani, pedi.” She said, It’s hour and half wait!” I said ok and left. It wasn’t what she said, but how she said it! With that, I will nvr step in that nail salon ever in my life bc of the bad attitudes they carry in their establishment!! It’s all abt customer service and I assume they don’t get it! It’s the customers who make yr business flow and you just lost one for good! Go and take up some classes on how to execute proper customer service might help you!!

Unfortunately my recent experience there today has left a bad taste in my mouth. Quite frankly I had an early appointment and I just ran 8 minutes late (I cannot control traffic) and when I came in there was no sign in sheet no one that worked there asked ME if I have an appointment. And it’s NOT my job to say it, they should have their things organized. Mind you, I’m on a time crunch, and they just had me there waiting. Since I’m a “good girl” I patiently waited since I didn’t want to cause a scene. But FINALLY as soon as it was my turn an hour later after my SCHEDULED appointment, the nail tech told ME oops sorry they have another appointment. It felt weird because 1) So did I..a whole hour before that woman showed up and 2) She was a Caucasian woman,and I’m a mixed race brown skinned woman so it FELT like she got treated better because 1) she was seen on time 2) he up and left ME to go to her, and I had to wait additional time for the NEXT tech to get freed up to do my nails. SO of course I said something to the nail tech /owner about it because it bothered me so much and really felt OFF. I mean it felt so sickening I think this was the first time I’ve ever experienced racism. And I live in the south! DIOS MIO QUE LOCURA! Anyways so either they’re racist OR they have a bad scheduling system, or BOTH. Quite easily can be both.Let’s just be honest. And they definitely treated me as though I were invisible until I spoke up then ohlala they had alllll the answers. But the answers didn’t make sense. And I felt sickened and uncomfortable how DARE they just push me to the side like that?? Gross. Won’t come back here EVER again.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWhile I usually enjoy my nails here, today my nail technician left my nails uneven and with the wrong color. She was not happy at all or even polite while doing my nails. One of my thumb nails is at least an inch shorter than my other hand and I was even given the wrong color yet I was expected to pay 35 dollars still?
