I went in for a pedicure and to have my acrylics soaked off and get pink and white ombré on my real nails… Even though Their polish options were super slim I chose pink and headed to the pedicure chair, she didn’t use a bowl liner (which I didn’t even realize until the end) and she put 5 coats of polish on my toes (which never dried) when she got done doing my toes I went to get nails done… that guy told me I didn’t need them taken off, and recommended just a fill in… I said that was fine but when he started with the fill in I realized they were 2 different shades of pink on my nails. He had a whole hand done before I noticed it and said something.. Apparently they didn’t have the pink that was on my nails already, so I ended up having to settle with a gel polish on my nails even though that’s far from what I asked for! The nails look decent, the toes, not so much! I basically paid $35 to come home and have to take the polish back off and do it myself! Oh and it’s cash only so I had to go to food Lion next door and get cash back just to pay them! I do not recommend this place at all, I’m honestly shocked they’re still in business.

I went in to get my previous nails removed from a different place and they did not do a good job filing them down and shaping them. Not satisfied with the end result at all. There is still some acrylic on them. Do not recommend. Wish I could put zero stars.

I enjoyed my visit here went with my mother she had a mani/pedi done i just wanted a simple trim of my natural nail an some nail polish .. The nail salon is owned by a couple they were very sweet an took real good care of us while we was there .., enjoyed it ❤

No lining in pedicure basin, 1 hot towel to wrap legs, tissue paper between toes, cash only transaction and it took 5 seconds for $30. The facility is not clean and no soap or paper towels in restroom. I do not recommend and I will not return. Pedicure

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a spa pedicure and natural nail manicure done here today with my roommate. My five star review is based on several factors. First, They were able to fit us in pretty quickly, within an hour and a half of our call . the woman who did my manicure and the man who did my pedicure were both kind, personable, and fun. We all laughed several times during my our appointment.. The small talk was genuine and they also let me zone out and relax.Next, the woman who did my nails gave me great advice on keeping my natural nails healthy and strong. My manicure is lovely and perfectly flatters my hands.My feet look better than they have since 2019. The man who did them was efficient but left no steps out. My feet and legs are baby soft and you would never know how bad my beat up hiking and tennis feet looked before I walked in.The massage chairs were also amazing. I left it on the entire time my toes dried and watched tv and joked with the staff; (the two who worked with us were the only 2 I saw in the shop but were able to service several other clients while we soaked or dried. ) the vibe in the shop was casual, efficient, friendly. My roommate and I both will be back. I’m just sorry I didn’t get either of their names.- we did have to walk next door and get cash. As far as I know they only accept cash. I have been to this nail salon for a number of years and never really had any problems. My daughter went there the other day and was not happy with her nails. She asked if she could pay the $10 to just have them removed. They refused. At this point my daughter called her Dad to come to the shop since she is only 17 and wasn’t sure what to do. They refused to take the nails off, said they didn’t want her back in their shop. My husband pointed to their posted customer service satisfaction guarantee but they didn’t care. He paid them for the nails that were cut so short you couldn’t even tell she had had nails done. They were very rude and not willing to correct their mistake. Needless to say they have lost my families business.
