I believe the staff member I had was Linh. During my pedicure, she was very harsh on my cuticles which resulted in a burning sensation for most of my service. During my manicure, she was again very harsh on my cuticles and cut me so that I started bleeding. Also, based on the gel color wheel I had selected from, the color I ended up getting was very different. I asked for a sage green and ended up with neon green (I thought the color would get more accurate with more layers).The nails turned out okay, but the experience was painful. My finger is still swollen.

I had just gotten my nails done at this place and this is the WORST set i’ve ever gotten. I asked for a full set with white french tip. this is what i got. half my nail is white and the shape on each nail is crooked and uneven. they didn’t even have me wash my hands and nails off before they put the gel polish on so you can see the white acrylic dust in my nails…

I called very first thing this morning to set an appointment for pink and white nails the gentleman on the phone said yes sure and I even went as far to ask when would be a good time for him an his exact words were whatever time if good for you so I set the appointment for 2 in the afternoon. When I get to T Nails he tell Me I’m sorry I cannot do the pink and white. I don’t complain very much but the work they did was absolutely AWFUL!!! Charged me for acrylic and I ended up getting gel nails!!!!! Why even make the appointment?!?! Why Say yes he could do it?!?!? I would have respected it more if he would have just been honest about it I would have understood more then what I ended up getting stuck with!!! Now I have to find another nail salon and try to get this disaster fixed!!!! I don’t dare to try to get them to fix their mistake’s!!! If I could rate a negative I truly would!!! I don’t believe the owners are in town right now or I know they would have never let this happen but he should not be in charge.
