When I arrived I was put with a nail technician that Started my full set And I showed her a picture of a nude and white tip Ombre and she said she couldn’t do it so I had to get a nude all over color then she Shaped them very uneven When I asked For her to fix them she got upset!!! That’s when they put me with another Technician named Kim She tired to fix them the best she could But she showed me respect and was extremely Sweet And because of her kindness and Another girl named Emily’s kindness I will come back So thank you for your kindness and understanding..

They are pretty well staffed, and it is usually pretty easy to get an appointment. The staff all seem to work quickly, which is always a + for me! They tend to skip a base coat in gel polishes, but going forward I am going to ask.
