My cotton candy nail polish started chipping same day. I went Saturday by Monday across the tips polish was completely gone. Also after she arched my eyebrows there was some itching irritation on my skin. Normally that’s not a problem for me. I observed they do not wash their hands between services. This is not first time nail polish didn’t stay on nails. I had gotten my friend, (acrylic) full set polish came off in a few days. She also complained about a small cuticle cut but told me it did hurt. Quite honestly I do not recommend & last Saturday will be my last visit to this shop.

See I hate I have to do this but this was the worst service I have ever had for 1 The guy in there was so rough on my hands its like he rush to do my nails I still have acrylic on my hands as you can see in the pictures my nails are not polished on the side and by the way I have gel nails and he put acrylic powder on top of the gel that I have he was huffing and puffing while he was doing my nails I really wanted one of the ladies to do my nails because I guarantee you they wouldn’t have let me walk out like this I did not tip and that’s so not me I hope this review helps someone because now I’m on my way to go get my nails redone and get this set off my hands I am so mad and me thinking they do good because they’re on North Main they will never get my business ever again he didn’t even put cuticle oil on my hands I guess you get what you pay for I’m used to paying 60 and up for my nails I see why they are $30

Love this place! They are so quick and they did my nails exactly how I wanted them! They are so clean and they don’t over charge. I love this place, I’m glad I found them because I won’t be going any place else. ( Sorry I don’t have the best picture of them it’s kinda hard to take a photo with no hands lol)

My nails were ok, definitely not great. And their friendliness was lacking. I didn’t feel appreciated as a customer at all. Maybe if my nails would not have been longer than I wanted, one hand with longer nails than the other and missing nail polish on the sides then I wouldn’t have cared that they lacked customer service skills, but that wasn’t the case at all.

I got my nails done today, they are shorter than I usually wear them, since the longer you get them the more they are. The owners are rude they don’t care about pleasing their customers. I will go elsewhere from now on!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady owner of this nail saloon is Very Rude! She does not know how to treat/ speak to her customers! Some customers she will speak nicely but some she would just be rude as if she does not appreciate certain customers of hers. Her daughter and her husband are nice and speaks nicely to customers. The only reason that I still get my nails and feet done at their saloon is because of the closeness to my home, without which I would have stopped getting my nail and feet done at her saloon!! I went in to see if she could correct what was just done at another salon. I was being rushed to pick a polish even though there were no other customers in the salon. Then I was explaining to her I needed a cut down and I wanted them reshaped. She explained to me that I should go back to the other salon because they used the wrong tips. I left with no assistance. Customer service isn’t what it used to be. I find myself saying that almost every day now.

I was having gel polish soaked off and wanted a manicure. I noticed the acetone “purple and with glitter.” Thought that was interesting until I realized they reuse the acetone for every client. The original tech working with me, left me to do a pedicure for a client that came in after me. Someone took over and got the polish off, I guess to the best of their ability, but I decided to forgo the manicure after the quality. I left with polish still on my nails as the tech said it was the best he/she could do.
