i got what i asked for and appreciate that. however, my nail tech kept getting up in between doing my nails and i understand that they may be short staffed however i expected different coming in. also, it was more expensive than i expected and i should’ve asked the prices beforehand.

We had to wait almost 2 in a half hours to get our nails done. Also there were people that got there after us and they did their nails before they got to us. What’s the point in writing your name down if you don’t go by it. They do a great job, they just need a better system on waiting on their customer.

I have been going there for years and I love the tech flower however I was asking about the price of my nails and the tech they call Tee Tee was very nasty she was going to charge a extra 5 dollars because she said I had coffin shaped nails mine you my nails is already shaped and I paid for the service last visit. She is very nasty Tee Tee the one I am referring to. I never had a problem until she start working there. I go there faithfully every two weeks never had a issue until now. I just had the worst experience at this place. I have been going there for years and I love the tech flower however I was asking about the price of my nails and the tech they call Tee Tee was very nasty she was going to charge a extra 5 dollars because she said I had coffin shaped nails mine you my nails is already shaped and I paid for the service last visit. I went in for a fill in and my daughter a full set. They told us a price up front and when the tech was doing my nails she was picking at my nails and she popped one off. None of my nails was broke or needed repaired until she broke it off. I was charged for it. It’s ridiculous that I got charged for a nail that she broke. I have been going there for a while but probably won’t be returning. I don’t understand why prices change if you have them listed in the salon them you shouldn’t change them. Also if your nail tech breaks someone’s nail that should be on you not the customer.

I was pleasantly surprised. Great staff! Very patient. I brought my three children with me and they were very accommodating to them as well. They did a great job. I got the basic pedicure and it was NOT basic compared to the other “fancier” salons I’ve been to. It was more like a deluxe pedi at a basic price. The people here were very nice too. I also had my brows done and no one else will ever touch my brows again lol. Only this place. They also take their time with you and do not rush. They try to make their clients happy and I don’t feel like they are just trying to get my money and move on to the next. I will definitely be returning.

I came in almost at closing time.. Tina did not have a problem taking care of me. My nails turned out just like the picture I showed her. She even had to take my old nails off because I wanted a different shape. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Overall a wonderful experience.
