Really dirty place, bathroom is DISGUSTING. Stains on the wall, baseboards covered in dirt. Nails were rushed, and the gel didnt dry! Pedicure was rushed and rough, not relaxing. Wouldn’t go back. Clean your shop. It’s disgusting

Pedicure and gel manicure completed in 40 min. People were really nice but given how fast it was, I didn’t expect great results. Gel was super thick since they are trying to go so quick and glob on the clear, color didn’t cover the whole nail, and they didn’t treat the nail before applying the gel. So it’s not a surprise all my gel had peeled off within 4 days. If they slow down and take a little more time it could be great. Hope they make the changes because I love a small business!

Critical: QualityShop is not clean, very poor quality nails. Got nails dipped for first time and lost 4 in 7 days. The next week I lost 3 on other hand.. I was told it’s much stronger than the rest. Then when she “fixed” All the nails with acrylic they were uneven, too thick and not straight. NEVER AGAIN!!

I had the gel removed and regular manicure. Just about the worst experience I’ve ever had. The manicurist seems to be in a rush, she applied acetone after I’ve asked her not to take the gel off with the machine, however, she would not allow any time for the gel to dissolve, and started picking on it, digging, scratching, and ended up taking it off with the machine anyway. 20 minutes later I came out with the manicure, with leftover gel patches protruding through the new polish. Although the staff was friendly and polite, I’ve felt rushed, the place is not clean enough… Never again.

The family is full of genuinely great people! Always go in happy and walk out happier. My sister and I have had groups of girls go in for birthdays and they always have enough people to get the job done when needed. My family has been going to them for years, friends have had me try different places just to get a different feel but the environment in this place is truly the best! Would recommend to anyone on the island, especially for the eyebrow waxing!!

They come across nice until you walk out, then the mean girl chattering begins, they sometimes do a great job except they are inconsistent and you end up with a so so job. The worst part is the posted price changes for no apparent reason, if you question them they pretty much embarrass you into paying more and they still expect a large tip, unfortunately they are close by so this had happened to me several times, one time you leave feeling great the next cheated and uncomfortable, this places inconsistency has made it my last visit. Oh and by the way the map points to a different salon down the street, Topaz who are actually better. So follow the map for better service**

First time here the young guy gave me a pedi … they started the Pedi at 1:32 finished at 1:40. polished done at 1:50 seriously my massage wasn’t even 2 mins.. on each leg.. worst service ever. He was putting the clear polish so fast and sloppy. But the color was alright. He took longer polishing my nails then actually cleaning them and massaging them. The nail the top coat is all over my skin my 8 year old could have done a better job
