They do not change the pad for the equipment that buffs your heels during a pedicure. First they used the wrong equipment and used the small electric buffer that they use for your nails on my heels. The top flew off and flung across the salon and I was left with just a metal stud on my heel which burned me. Not changing the equipment between customers is unacceptable and disgusting. Not to mention they don’t know how to use a nail file. I could have done a better job with my toes. I was also burned by the towel at the end.

I went to this place for the first time on 1/16/19. I was very impressed with how clean and neat everything was. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. They made sure I didn’t leave unless I was absolutely satisfied with my gel full set nails. I highly recommend this place for their excellent service including exceptional customer service. I will definitely be coming back!

The guy used the same power pedicure tool as the lady before me . Yuck !! I didn’t notice until my husband pointed it out . Also saw no sterilization going on for any tools .
