Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience ever!!! I’ve given this place two chances and they are the worst nail service salon. They are open on sundays and it’s the only reason I went there. Wow both time I tried different nail tech and both were horrible. Bad shape, bad materials one only had pink powder and when I asked for clear used dip nails as a substitute and next day I had two missing nails. I went on vacation and had to go because they are open on Sunday and again next day nails off. Where I usually go the nails stay on the whole two weeks and I’m very careful. I went back to get fix and the lady was very nice and looked at them shook her head and did what she could to fix them and regardless they only lasted two days. I believe it’s the cheap materials and the poor quality of skills the tech have at this place. Worst experience ever!!! I’ve given this place two chances and they are the worst nail service salon. They are open on sundays and it’s the only reason I went there. Wow both time I tried different nail tech and both were horrible. Positive: Qualityhonestly always nice and do a good job. i work as a bartender and my nails (only gel no acrylic) last well over a week which is SAYING SOMETHING if you ever tended bar you know. my toes last 3 weeks with the gel and only need to get done cause they’re growing out. recommend 10/10

Critical: ProfessionalismThis is me giving this place (T Nails in Atwells) a second chance. When I first walked in, I sat down for just a few minutes. I overheard the owner (KELLY) arguing with a customer over fixing a nail, GHETTO. Fast forward, I got a mani and pedi by two different people, which is completely fine. I tipped the girl who did the pedi and she left home after. Once I was done with nails, I was overcharged $80 (for a mani/pedi) !!!!I was so unsatisfied with my nails but tipped the girl who did them anyway, she was nice. Then when I handed her $90 and asked for change, Kelly decides she was going to take tip out at her own convenience for the pedi (I already tipped for my pedi) the girl who did my nails said something to her without me speaking. Did the BBL go to your head? Did the plastic surgery in your face affect your brain? Go to Riverside to get your nails done, that place over there is so relaxing and classy. You get a great massage ‍♀️ and a DELUXE pedi for the prices you pay here, MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS PLACE! This is me giving this place (T Nails in Atwells) a second chance. When I first walked in, I sat down for just a few minutes. I overheard the owner (KELLY) arguing with a customer over fixing a nail, GHETTO. Fast forward, I got a mani and pedi by two different people, which is completely fine.
