On yesterday my Lady decided to get her nails done and said come ur feet done with me. This was both of our first time at this establishment and our experience was PHENOMENAL!! Our associate Lisa and Yum Yum were outstanding. I’ve had my feet done before at another establishment and paid more money but gotten better service @T Nail Spa in Millington TN. Most definitely we will be back again. The abundance is soooo beautiful and those massage chairs….Maaaaan is all I can say. It put me to sleep !! Me and Katrina will see you’ll soon ✌ ✌ ✌

One of the males that did my nails made sure he asked me more than enough questions on how I wanted my nails based on the photo I showed him. He did really good beautifying my nails exactly like the photo but next time I will have to be more specific on the designs. He was fast and even offered me a drink. He was patient with me since I tended to lock my fingers up when really they just needed to relax. So beautiful and neat inside the place and friendly friendly workers and service.

They need more workers!! Got a pedicure waited so long the water was cold. Friendly staff, very nice. Got a full set, waited a long time. The manicurist was very rough, Got cut from the drill. Overall experience was not that great.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because we had a long wait. Other than that my pedicure was close to perfect and my two granddaughters nails were perfect. And it’s right around the corner. With that being said we’ll all be back.

This was my first time coming to this establishment, the inside is beautiful but the customer service & wait time is horrible! I waited 1 hour to receive a pedicure & didn’t even get the pedicure. I watched as all the workers did others pedicures. Walked straight pass me the entire time without even assisting me or offering a complimentary drink. I will not be back at this nail spa

This was my second time at this location. My first experienced it was ok, I loved the inside but the man with the red tattoo was talking and joking more with the staff than me. It sounded like he called me cheap to the receptionist when I asked for regular polish, and laughed after looking at the bottle I had. I just didn’t want to spend $20 or more just for a polish! I went to the drying station and sat there for 45 mins went outside and of course my nails messed up. I think it should be a quicker way of drying regular polish nails instead of having to sit for almost an hour or two. This was done before the new trend of gel or shillac existed. My second experience here was great until I went to pay and was asked for a tip! I was going to until I was asked! I told the man no and I told him to have a nice day he just looked at me lol nobody is obligated to tip! It’s their money! I feel as if a customer wants to tip let them decide if they’re already spending over $80 in your establishment. Stop expecting a tip when that’s your job to do manicures and pedicures!!

T Nails is the best nail salon in the Millington and Tipton County area. Very clean, professional service. Lots if services, nail colors and friendly people. I have been going there for 10 years. Beautiful new shop. Highly recommend.
