If I could give this place no stars I would. So I got my nails done, I used shellac on my toes and acrylic nails. When I was done it was a total of 128.00 dollars. not cheap, but if it was good I would have no problem. Well after about 4 days my shellac was gone on my toes and after about 9 days my acrylic was falling off. I went in and they told me that there was nothing they could do that they only guarantee up to 5 days. I let them know that I wasn’t able to get in due to the weather and they didn’t care. They just took a phone call and moved on. Also I got my acrylics done and they charged me for a ombre full set when i just got acrylics. I don’t normally complain but I am so disappointed.

They were attentive and had incredible attention to detail. The nail technician that helped me was really good. He made sure that I was happy with my nail shape and color and let me know that if I got the glitter that I liked in a picture that it would be easily scraped off. I don’t have a lot of knowledge regarding nails so I appreciate his honesty. This was my first time at this nail salon and I couldn’t love the place more. They were attentive and had incredible attention to detail. The nail technician that helped me was really good. He made sure that I was happy with my nail shape and color and let me know that if I got the glitter that I liked in a picture that it would be easily scraped off. I called T Nails on Saturday morning after calling 2 other nail salons in the area. Other places couldn’t get me and one other person in until 3 PM (which makes sense, it’s the weekend) but T Nails was able to accommodate us on such short notice that morning. They gave us great foot/leg massages, kept a light but friendly conversation, and our toes look and feel good as new! The machine (that dries our nails faster) nicked my pinky toenail and the nail artist fixed it right away, no complaints or questions asked. We will be coming back to T Nails in the future!

My sister and I had an appointment here yesterday to get pedicures and I got a manicure. We are both moms and we brought our babies with us (8mos and 12 mos). They got us into our appointment right away and everyone was so nice and inclusive from the start, we both brought our huge strollers and they were quick to accommodate and help us find a spot for them. They were so kind to us and our babies. They did an amazing job on our nails as well. We just did basic gel polish but they look so good! I will definitely be back here and highly recommend them if you’re in the Marysville area! I honestly never leave reviews but I had to for T Nail Lounge because of the outstanding service and kind employees!

At the risk of sharing my secret and her schedule filling up—Hellen is a phenomenal nail artist! In decades of manicures and pedicures, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such attention to detail. I especially appreciated that she checked in with me during my dip manicure, asking if I liked the shape and using my feedback to achieve exactly the look I wanted. Thank you, Hellen! Been here twice and both times I’ve been unlucky to have my nails done by Cammy. I got dip powder on nails and they look thick and very uneven. She kept hurting me while filing my “nails” she kept filing my fingers.

This place is terrible, they don’t do what you ask and get mad at you when you tell them that’s not what you had asked for. Overpriced and rude employees. My girlfriend went in asking for French tips and tried doing the complete opposite saying they couldn’t do it when she had called and they had told her they could do it over the phone. She tried leaving and they tried acting all nice to make her stay and others were being rude about it. They still charged her full price for barely filing down her nails. They wanted her to choose a color before going in to the shop, she showed them a picture and they said she had to choose a color but never gave her any options. My girlfriend asked multiple times for what color selection they had and completely ignored her. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
