They do really good work but they need help doing their customers. You have to sit to long for services. Again they do great work and they need to work on the attitudes. They are very quick to catch and attitude with their customers. They make the customers feel like they don’t know what they want. You can ask for one thing and you get something else. Their prices are different each time you go in for service. They can be rough handling you at times with all the rushing. They have argued with their customers. We need other nail spas other than the one we have here.

The guy there does good work and his needs to go to charm school and realize that the customer should know what they want with our her telling you what you should get .The prices have really got to be very expensive. $ 75.00 for a pedicure and nails.thats a bit pricey. I have to go back to this place, because I need my fingernails and toenails clean and done and it is just near to my house, although I knew their service was poor (based on the reviews here). The first time I had my nails done was with the service man. He is okay, no problem. But with this second time, it was with the service lady. She is very unprofessional and has bad manners. Good thing, I controlled my temper, let her words just passed by, and did not say any sarcastic words against her. Or else she would hear something not good from a customer. If I could understand and speak their language, I could tell her how rude her service is and how bad their reviews are. I was thinking of whether to give a tip or not, but in the end, I didn’t. Sorry.

100% HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPLOYEES AND OWNER!!! My Aunt went to this salon to have a pedicure after years of going there to have her nails done and was treated so disrespectfully. She was called fat and said she was too big to sit in the chairs because she might break them. She has been going to the same business for years and never had any problem, until now. She was completely embarrassed and humiliated, then she ask to speak to the owners but the employee says the owner was watching them on the camera, but the owner never came out to face her. I feel no employee should be allowed to talk to any customer this way, that is 100% discrimination and disrespectful. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this place should be shut down and doors padlocked.

If u could give 0 stars I would! I came from out of town to celebrate my birthday with my family! I came here to get my nails done and the Vietnamese lady was horrible! I asked for gel and she put it all on my skin and I told her to take it off for me she use the clipper to get the hard gel off she cut my finger skin. I complained to her and she started ranting the her coworker! Don’t even get the pedicure she was watching her show on her phone and didn’t even mind my feet! Over all smh.. hateful lady!!!

The guy did a really nice job on mani and pedi, then when I we to pay told me cash only. Need a BIG sign saying this not wait until he was done! Will probably go back just make sure I hit the bank!

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I asked to see the colors that were available to get gel polish and she yelled at me. Would not recommend. She said that I “didn’t have enough time” to look at all the colors and I was the only person in there.
