I wish I could give a zero rating! I’ve never been treated the way I did here! I just moved to the Niceville area from Virginia. I chose this salon because it’s super close to where I live. The first time I attempted to get my nails done here I walked in. The lady was doing nails and told me they were closed. It was during business hours. So I figured I’ll schedule an appointment. My appointment was at 9:30 AM the SAME lady gave me a gnarly look and then rolled her eyes. Then let out a deep sigh and rudely said how can I help you? I said I have a 9:30 appointment. She then rolled her eyes at me and tossed me the gel colors said pick a color as she walked away. I sat for 10 minutes watching how pleasant she was with the other patrons while ignoring me and every so often giving me dirty looks. She clearly didn’t want to render services to me. I sat for 5 more minutes (15 minutes past my appointment time) and no one said a word to me. There were only two other women in the shop so they weren’t super busy where they couldn’t say a word. Finally, I scheduled a nail appointment somewhere else while sitting in their shop. I told her to cancel my appointment and that was her first time with a smile snd said okay. Such a terrible way to treat a person! Never again!

Very satisfied , I took my daughter as a bday treat and we love it, very clean and organized, 30 min in and out, they know how to get the nails done fast and I love the quality of product that they used…. not a stinky strong smell at all. I definetly recomend you this salon…. I am always in such a hurry and time is a luxury that I dont have..$40 well spent

Relaxing …My husband John needed a manicure badly….I found Peter exceptional…he carefully put john in a pedicure chair to relax after his manicure…while I had my nails done… Prices so much better than the other shops and Peter has been here in business 17 yrs. Thank Peter and wife..

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience here. I asked for a Gel manicure and a normal polish for my pedicure. The gel color turned out completely different than the number I had chosen ,and the polish was so uneven that she had to file it down to start over….my poor nail bed. As for my pedicure, he piled on the polish so thick that even after an hour of drying it still smudged. Fast forward 5 days…my gel polish just started popping off in full sheets which I have never had happen in all of my years of getting my nails done. I seriously question if the individual doing my nails was ever properly trained/licensed.

I absolutely love this salon! Peter is by far the best in the area. Two weeks ago, I had a full set put on at another place here in Niceville and they got horrible looking quickly. I definitely over paid there. I went and saw Peter and he took the time to fix the previous places shoddy rushed job, and nade my nails look amazing! I will never go anywhere else again.

OMG! Can I just say that without a doubt favorite place to go!!!! I am super picky when it comes to people who do my nails and going the extra mile to write a review, yeah it better be good. I went for a fill and he didn’t even put a fill, and he made them look sooo natural!!! And the color, oh my god!!! I will go back any day!!! In fact in two weeks I will for another touch up. Could not be any happier!

Pedicure technique awful (he only used a pumice stone and a sponge, no dead skin removal shaver thingy, hardly any nail filing/ trimming and barely touched the cuticles) – the gel polish ($15 extra) peeled off toes the next day.
