I have been going to this salon for 15 years. Every time I had nice service, but this Saturday I had an appointment with Teresa. I brought picture of how I want my hair. I asked her if my hair type will be OK for this style, she said yes. She started cutting. She cut more than I wanted, but I thought, OK, doesn’t matter. Then she just blew dried it and said “I can’t do the flat iron, I have a lot of people walk in I was understanding cause I thought I will do the flat iron myself at home.
