I can’t put into words how upset I am at the moment. Just left this location @ 2051 Gattis School Rd #519 Round Rock that is now called Galaxy Nails, I told the tech I just needed a fill and was on much lunch hour so I only had an hour. Her reply was no problem after 30 minutes and her almost putting my eye out this other tech comes rushing in and she doesn’t have a clue what she is doing so I calmly told her I would need to come back after work because I was out of time. Have my nails are cut back half are not and I just tried to call and the number has been disconnected!!! Save yourself lots of frustration and time and go anywhere but Galaxy Nails!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE NOT STERILIZING ANY OF THEIR TOOLS. I went to this nail salon on Sunday, 7/31/16, at the invitation of a friend. When we walked in I noticed it looked older and was very busy. I sat down in one of the tub chairs next to my friend and we waited for a technician to become available. I noticed the technician get up from the previous client and she didn’t clean out the tub that the clients feet were soaking in. She just drained the water. I watched her walk over to the sink and rinse off her stainless clippers and tools. She then took a sterilization bag and placed the rinsed tools into the bag. She then walked right over to where I was sitting and proceeded to dump those same (non-sterilized, rinsed) tools out on the little table to use on me. I said, “Excuse me, but can you please get tools that have been sterilized.” The woman next to me that was working on my friend said, “Oh yes, we have that.” And pointed to the Towel Warmer and what appeared to be a UV sterilizer. I said, “OK, that’s fine, but she did not sterilize those tools. I watched her rinse them and put them in the sterilization bag.” The strip covering the sticky part to seal the bag was still affixed. They spoke to each other quietly and the woman got up and started pulling packages from the sterilizer. She had her back to me, but I’m pretty sure she still brought back over all of the rinsed tools. I told her I just wanted her to paint my toes and not clip anything because I wasn’t sure the tools were clean. She sat back down and whispered “I’m sorry.” to me. After she was finished painting my toes, we walked over the the table with the UV light underneath. I could now see the entire studio. The woman working on me repackaged all of the tools and placed them into the sterilizer. None of the wash tubs were cleaned out after any of the clients were finished. We sat at the UV table for about 10 minutes and I watched 2 of the technicians package their “dirty” tools, place them into the sterilizer and grab another package out of the sterilizer. Never was the sterilizer turned on. THEY ARE NOT CLEANING THEIR TOOLS PROPERLY. There was a steady stream of people coming into that salon. Not once did I see anything being cleaned properly. THIS IS HOW YOU GET HEPATITIS!!!

Hortible. Please do not give this company your money. I was asked repeatedly if I wanted color when I asked for a simple Polish removal and basic manicure, but that wasn’t as nearly as annoying as being worked on by someone and then a customer paying more that came in after me gets the girl working on my nails and I have to sit and wait, with no word about anything, for someone to come finish my nails. I then got a guy who was rough with my fingers, filed my nails quickly and poorly and didn’t even get all the shellac off my nails aftet I told him he hadn’t. This place does not deserve patrons!

Really enjoyed this place. I am a male and I am constantly wearing boots because of work and because of that my feet start to smell and I need a peticure to get all the dead skin removed and have healthy looking feet.

I love Tina. She is the only one who can give me a gel manicure to last more than a week! Every other place I have been to has mine polishing lifting, chipping or dulling by the 4th day.

Went in for a fill. My nails are lumpy uneven in length. I had the older lady out of the employees. Spent over 30 bucks for them not worth it. Could of got a full set for that price.

Do not go here!! Tools aren’t sterilized properly. They didn’t get any of the dead skin off my feet and didn’t even take all of the old nail polish off my toes before putting the new color on.

FYI…I just found out that T and M Nails has been sold to another nail salon and practically everyone, that works there, has quit. The new owner doesn’t seem to be too friendly. The ones that quit are finding other salons.

I always have a great experience here. I have been getting pedi’s here for about a year. The staff is always friendly and they pay close attention to their work.
