Had a nail removal here , the woman that did mine was not very nice, did not talk to me once and whipped my hand around, did not speak to me, and didn’t even offer me a drink , looks awful after I left. The before is my set holding a tea , and the after is obvious. Will not be back. Manicure

Me and my friends went there to get pedicures. One of my friend got treated very different during our pedicures. They made her wait for half n hour and did her pedicure for 10 min. I also got my nails done and they left my nails in acetone for a long time now my whole fingers are dry and my nails are brittle. They haven’t done like this before. They are short staffed but they kept taking customers. I used to go there often but now I will never go there again. Very disappointed.

I have been here a few times and I liked the way my nails turned out… But this time was different, The tech tried taking my nails off without being soaked, and I kept telling her that it hurt…Update, 2 days later one of my nails chipped so I went back in to get it fixed, I had Dianna Ngo this time and last time, I told her that I needed my nail fixed and also last time she didn’t cut my regular nails before putting those on, so she put glue under my nails and I kept telling her to stop and then she used her filing thing to cut underneath my nails and it looks terrible, I’m so upset and I will not be back.. You have to care about your customers, I’m in management and I know how to treat my customers, she needs to go back to school…

What a nice nail salon! The service was great. I got the Crystal pedicure. I highly recommend. Make sure you make time for it though. It takes longer than the other ones they offer. But my goodness the pampering you get is literally the best! They even have margaritas !!! It seems like a busy place so I would maybe try and book ahead if you are the busy type. But I did walk right in and they seen to me right away that day. The ladies were kind

I considered my self kinda picky about my pedicures !I absolutely love TRACY, she cleans you up really good!! Even tho some say that is actually not healthy to remove the curtirle I like it when they remove it all ☺️ she files your nails evenly making your feel look classy and pretty. Enjoy.

Was quite busy and patrons were not served in order of arrival. We had 4 people getting pedicures, 3 also had manicures. One member of our group was 30 minutes longer because her tech repeatedly left her to go do something elsewhere. She was on the verge of walking out because we were all finished except her.
