I’ve been going here for years. before covid, during, and after. i am a licensed cosmetologist myself and i used to appreciate how clean all of their tools were and how thorough they were. during covid i noticed them cutting corners or using acrylic powder that is illegal (found out the hard way when i got my acrylics done and if i took them off they would tear off my nail) and most recently when i went in 2 weeks ago they now use press on nails and charge $80. i wanted the almond shape nails and the lady pulled out this almond shape nail to glue on. at first i was like “okay cool! they will be shaped better as it’s already that way” but in reality they put glue on my nail, PRESSED THE NAIL ON (put it under heat after), and then polished. they started lifting within 5 days, broke within 6 days, and everyone has asked me where i get my press on nails. i waited 30 minutes, mind you i had an appointment, for an $80 service took 25 minutes for her to do exactly what i could do for $12 at target. I’ve never written a bad review but i couldn’t get past this past service. I would never recommend anyone to go there. As other reviews said- only a few good nail techs and i hope the best for them. As for the others, they need to educate themselves before they tear down a company.

Sadly I probably won’t go back. The last time I went the woman working on my nails wouldn’t listen to me to just have my full-set match in length and said “if you want them to match perfectly we’ll be here all day” (even though the one nail I was talking about was incredibly longer than the others and people who saw it constantly commented how silly it looked) this last time I asked multiple times for my nails to be rounded not squared and the woman would just say “I know, I know” but as you can tell from the photo they’re very square. And it’s a full set of nails that they chopped down shorter than my actual nails. When I mentioned it she said “you said you wanted shorter” obviously I wouldn’t want them that short but they had already made me wait 30 minutes after my appt time so I didn’t have time for them to put a new set on so I just went with it and I guess they will just grow out again. But definitely feels like a waste of money.

I walked in without an appointment. Every chair was full but they bent over backwards to get me in for both a pedi and gel fill. Two technicians worked on me at the same time. I absolutely love their work – I’m so happy I tried them. I’ll definitely be back with an appointment next time! $40 for pedi (regular polish), $60 for gel fill and 2 nail repairs. Cash only.

Today was my first visit to T-luxe. I came in for a pedicure and I am beyond pleased with the service I received. Everyone was kind and said hello as soon as I walked in, I was promptly put in a comfortable chair and Nancy did my pedicure. She was professional, thorough, and quick but not at all rushed. She discussed prices with me before she did anything. I also really appreciate how clean the establishment was. I will definitely be coming back.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and this is by far the worst job anyone has ever done. She didn’t clean up my nails at all, she just slapped some polish over them and suggested I do black on my thumb nails because otherwise she wouldn’t be able to make it look nice. I’m not sure if it’s because I came in with a hoodie on they felt they didn’t need to try at all. Regardless you should treat all your customers the same. I will absolutely never be back. My nails are lumpy and not even filed straight. Don’t waste your money here.

I’ve gotten my nails done here a couple times before and the experience has been fine. Today was terrible. I just get a gel manicure; my natural nails are pretty strong and thick. When I went today, I asked just to have my current nails rounded a bit, but she filed and buffed them so much that they were nearly pointed and so thin that my nail beds ache. In addition, the polish was so messy and lumpy. I ended up going home and filing my nails down short and buffing out the lumps. I will never go back.

I’ve gotten the best manicures of my life and the worst manicures of my life at T-Luxe. There is major discrepancy of talent and skill set here, which is important to note. If you can find a nail tech who you really like, make sure to cook appointments with them (for the best manicures of your life). I’ve been getting my nails done here for several years.

It looks like TLuxe just remodeled and it looks great. Organized and bright with new furniture. Nancy did a nice job on my pedicure and manicure. The only negatives that they are cash only. However, when you do a manicure with a pedicure, you get $4 off!

We were able to get in without an appointment. They had dividers and required masks and temp checks. I’m really impressed with the quality too.

I get gel manicures on natural nails and they always last much longer than any other salons and they do a great job on the shape I wanted. Expensive but you get what you pay for imo the quality is better than other cheaper places
