Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI live 2 min away from this location and have been going all the way to 63rd and bell for the past few years to a lady I didn’t necessarily like but she did my nails nicer than most places I’ve tried over the years. However, today is the first time I’ve walked into this place and I’m amazed by the quality and professionalism offered by Donna at this place. I started off with another lady who didn’t seem to understand what I wanted but Donna, took the time and re-did everything to make sure I’m happy, I didn’t complain or anything but Donna overheard that I was just mentioning I asked for a bit longer nails and oval and she asked the lady politely to take it off even if I would of been okay considering the fact it was closing hour, and she spent an extra hour to make sure she does exactly what I envisioned! It’s hard to find people who care and give you 100% of what you ask regardless if they loose. I was very satisfied and I can say nobody did it as nice as her till now. I definitely suggest you go to this place! I live 2 min away from this location and have been going all the way to 63rd and bell for the past few years to a lady I didn’t necessarily like but she did my nails nicer than most places I’ve tried over the years. However, today is the first time I’ve walked into this place and I’m amazed by the quality and professionalism offered by Donna at this place.
