I WILL NOT be coming back here!! The owner is Extremely Rude!!!! I called twice before I camera and she told me that they had 3 open chairs. I get there and waited for about an hour. Then she took someone else before me, that came in after me without an appointment. She made my 11 year old daughter get dipping powder which she asked for gel two times,but she kept putting glitter powder on the table telling her how pretty it was. She always get gel on her her nails which again she said no I want 138( in gel) but they did the dipping powder anyway. Then she came to me and asked can I afford to pay ( that was insulting to me. We get our nails done regularly since I could remember,we are new to Seneca but this mess here is not professional at all) then when I paid, the woman kept my change. I will never go back there. My daughter’s nails were pretty and my brows we amazing, but the service is HORRIBLE!!

Went in and asked for Emily the guy said she wasn’t there. I stated to him that I needed someone who was great with designs(because I am very particular about my nails) he gives me this lady who sits by the wall on the right last row. Well she seems some what polite as I’m lookin at how my nails aren’t filed to my liking I let her know and right off she had an attitude. Well she continues on and I’ve shown her a line design and I’ve also told her it doesn’t have to be that exact design the pic was just to give her an idea. Well she starts the design and I’m like no I dnt like that (looks like a kindergarten kid did that) so she gets so frustrated and mad and starts talking to Mary in their language which was very rude so by this time I’m mad bc she was being very disrespectful and mad at me bc she said she could do a design that obviously she couldn’t. So I just said forget my pedicure(bc I had said I wanted one) and just paint my ring finger gold. Idk why they get so mad for something we pay for out of our pocket along with tipping that their attitude could affect i will NOT be going back to her ever!!! I will just wait for Emily.

I was given 3 different times to show up, and still had to wait. She rushed through my nails, half are crooked, didn’t clean the product off my skin at all, and used the nail drill to cut my cuticles. She cut too deep multiple times. And burned me where I was cut with the solution. I haven’t been here in years but never had a bad experience until now.

went to get my nails done and the owner was the one who did them. she did a fairly good job and it didn’t take long. i had gotten the dip powder and she had only dipped my nail at least twice, so afterwards, the nail itself was very super thin. it wasn’t until two or three hours later, i did laundry and two nails snapped. i immediately called and asked if i was able to get them fixed, and they said yes and that it would be free of charge. i come in a few days later just because i have a job and wasn’t able to come in immediately. i came in and told them my request and included the conversation i had over the phone. the owner, who even did my nails, was very rude and told me to look around, and make notice that there were too many people waiting. she then asked to see my nails and told me that i had banged them too hard for her to be able to fix it. as i walked away to write my name done on the slip, she spoke very loudly to her coworker on how she didn’t want to do the repair and so forth. i just decided to not even wait and just leave. my mom had gotten her nails done, dip as well, and has no problems. the man was the one who did her nails, so i recommend him.

I always come here for my eyebrows to be waxed, which each person that have done them does a great job. I went here to get my nails done for graduation and they looked really good and came back about 2 weeks later and all i got was a color change on them and they still looked good. I finally went back today to get the taken off as i’m not usually one to get my nails done anyways and i had broke one of them off the other day. I walked in today and just asked for the removal of my acrylic nails and the man said he would take care of it. and so i followed him back and he starts peeling the whole nail off with a cuticle trimmer which he started on my pinky finger nail. it hurt really bad and then he got to my thumb and it was connected to my real nail and he just kept pulling on it as it starts to bleed and there were then tears rolling down my face because it hurt so bad. He then continues to pull of the nails with the cuticle trimmer and it hurts on every single nail as i keep on saying that it hurts but he just keeps going. I should have asked for one of the women to do it as they would have soaked my nails first then used the drill file. I will not ever have the man do anything with my nails again.

I had a great experience for my first time. I really love how they use plastic bags to line the pedicure tubs. Raymond was very nice and gentle with my pedicure (I got the deluxe pedicure which I think is a wonderful value). He talked me into the dip nails and also did a fabulous job on them! I really like them. The only thing he forgot was to clean the excess glitter around my nails and put a top coat on my pedi, but other than that I had a great time and I would go back.
