Tifany filed my nails, and rounded out one nail, but left the others squarewhile also leaving the edges of several nails rough and ragged to the touch. The polish is unevenly painted, and there are fibers/hairs in it, which she left and put the top coat over. She also got/left polish on my cuticles and skin around my nails. Didn’t cover the whole nail, left the corners and edges unpainted, and you can easily see sections of the nail which are unpainted. She also made me bleed when clipping my cuticles.

I was on vacation in Carmel and stopped in for a manicure / pedicure. The ladies were very friendly and attentive. I noticed that people from the neighborhood would pop their heads in the open door and say hello to the staff. They obviously have a loyal following and a good reputation. My nails looked great and are still pristine 10 days later. Wish I could move them to Nashville with me!

Took my friend to get a nail repair done and the woman (Van) doing the nail repair was very anti social, looked mad the entire time and was just not welcoming at all. My friend tried to spark up conversation several times and got no where. There was no type of dedication in her work, I had to point out that she did not file the nail to the correct shape. We will not be coming back.
