Critical: Quality, ValueHi there,I usually do not do these reviews. I felt the need to this time. I am down visiting for the holidays and really needed a full set and pedicure. The customer service was great! Very friendly. My pedicurist was great. Very attentive. However, the woman who did my nails seemed in quite a bit of a rush. I got an ombre pink and white set and i know that it is a time consuming service but i noticed that the nails on my right were lumpy and uneven compared to the left hand which turned out okay. Not what i was hoping for but i could deal with it. I proceeded to ask her to file down the acrylic on the right hand and she stated that my right hand was bigger than my left and that i use my right hand more and that is why. I did not want to argue and im not a confrontational person so i just asked politely for her to file down. She said if she did then the acrylic would disappear. Also, she stated that this kind of set “takes so long”. I understand it does but i pay for it.
