Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve gotten my nails done here a few times; a couple years ago I got a tech that just wasn’t happy and cut the life out of my cuticles. Decided to try again and the last few times have been great! I’ve done acrylics, gel and today dip (pictured).I also wanted a facial and decided what the heck let’s try it… it was probably one of the best facials I’ve had! I usually go to a spa on the other side of town and this was way less expensive and in my opinion better. She was so great with massage and using gentle pressure to get me to relax, it was the first time they didn’t place the towel on my face, leave it for 3 seconds and wipe it off. I love my pedicure. However, the full set is not worth the price. The male employee was rough, the tips all have gaps in between the tips and my real nails, the nails were cut and shaped differently as well. I paid but I absolutely hated the end result for my nails. Acrylic nails, Pedicure

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Crooked, uneven and different lengths/shapes on every finger. I wish I could leave no stars. These pictures hardly show how terrible they are in person. Then they charged me $60 for short acrylics (when I wanted dip to begin with!!!!) and said it’s normally $65 as if they were doing me a favor. When they told me I was done I was in shock as he left me to leave with crusty hands dry from alcohol and shavings. No lotion, oil, NOTHING!

One of the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. This picture is less then 24 hours after leaving the salon, and I work a desk job.. already chipped. The nail tech did the wrong color dip, had to paint over it at the end. It looked terrible. Paid $70 for this!!

I wanted to get eyebrows waxed. I was directed to a back room. I was shocked, it was definitely not a sanitary environment. The table where I was going to lay down on was dirty. It was covered in 2 dingy towels and one hand towel where my head would rest. As I stood there and looked around I noticed that the doors, light switches, floors, and countertops were nasty too. On a little shelf, there sat the melted wax container with a shallow bowl on top and a wooden stick sticking out with a piece of hair on it.

I loved this place before covid and I always looked forward to the Complimentary wine. Now the atmosphere and Conversation went down hill, the place is also very dusty and needs a good cleaning. Dust on the wine bottles and glasses. You think they would clean due to the pandemic.. Pedicure, Manicure

Sat me in chair and did part of a pedicure, never removed polish. Very unprofessional poorly run salon. Walked out after waiting 45 minutes and still insisted I pay. Don’t go unless you want to throw away your money.

I was amazed when I first step in the salon, it’s way bigger than I expected and they have a real bar! I had a pedicure and a fill-in and they were ok, but my fill in started chipping after 1 week. I was most disturbed by the used toe separators on my tech’s table. I pointed it out and he just threw them at the next working station and went “now all gone.” He didn’t even bother to throw it in the trash.

I should have learned my lesson from the last time. Last visit I got the gel/shellac Polish manicure in a French white. Turned out then the only part that was shellac was the white tips and consequently, since my nails are so thin (which is WHY I pay extra for shellac), as soon as they grew the smallest amount, all my nails began tearing at the quick line. Every single one ripped. This visit my nails are ultra short (because of last visit) and I elected a regular manicure and polish. Literally the next day the Polish began peeling off. This photo is day four. Guess I’m done with them. Oh, by the way, I’m retired and don’t even wash dishes in case you’re wondering.
