Critical: QualityThe place is so clean, cute and promising. The pedicure was very nice, where things went south was the manicure. The lady absolutely butchered my cuticles. I left the place bleeding. Friendly space and everything is so clean and well managed. I walked in and had to wait maybe 10min and the owner gave me a little discount which was nice of him. You can get a manicure and pedicure for about $40. on certain days

I love their mani-pedi treatment, but my pre-teen daughter was there to get her first set of acrylic tips but it has not been a great experience. One nail popped off less than 10 minutes after leaving the salon so we had to go back and get it repaired. Another one popped off the next day & a different one popped off the day after that. They basically gave her press in nails , and it seems like without any powder or gel adhesive to keep them down. I feel like we got jipped and I paid a lot of money for some cheap press on nails. Not great for her first experience and very aggrevating for me.

But the first time I went in March the woman had told me my nails were dry and ready to go but we’re immediately ruined minutes after leaving. This time I tried a sns manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was really pretty but the polish began to chip that same night. The sns manicure also began to chip two days after and looks grainy/dusty from the powder. Really wanted to love this place but the quality of the service overall is disappointing. The employees are really nice and the store is very clean and organized. But the first time I went in March the woman had told me my nails were dry and ready to go but we’re immediately ruined minutes after leaving. This time I tried a sns manicure and a regular pedicure. Wonderful services, friendly staff. COVID protocols still in place, with barriers between stations. Much appreciated. Masks suggested but not required. All staff fully masked at all time.

Wonderful atmosphere! However, I paid 70 for a spa pedicure and it was absolutely horrible. The woman didn’t know how to get off gel polish do it took about 35 mins. After so finally figured it out, the callus remover was left on my skin and irritated the skin around my ankle. She acknowledged my feet still being pretty rough but didn’t continue and said I was done. I’m so sad it was so bad because it really is a relaxing space.
