I made an appointment to get my nails done for my birthday. Waited about an hour until they started on my nails. Usually you would honor the appointments over walk-ins.. Why bother making an appointment if you have to wait an hour anyway! Told her I wanted acrylics, but she did gel polish over it, which isn’t what I wanted, and charged me $30 more for it. lol not cool. The total was around $70, crazy! They didn’t come out how I wanted, and it’s only been a week & they are already lifting (she didn’t prep my nails properly for the acrylics). Looks bad, about to just soak them off now. Waste of money. Would not recommend.

Worst nails I have ever gotten. The shape is terrible and the nail design is sloppy and not at all what I asked for even though I kept making comments throughout and he reassured me that he knew what he was doing. The acrylic started lifting and chipping 2 days later! They offered to fix them but they took 2 hours and I was already frustrated and didn’t trust them to fix them.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent yesterday for a gel manicure and I have an appointment today to get a new set at a different salon!! They lady who started my nails was so nervous and had no clue what she was doing!!! It took her 5 minutes to figure out how to set up the drill tool! She was so slow and had no skills what so ever. Finally the owner had to take over or I would have been there 3 hours. He rushed through the job and “trained” her on what he was doing. They turned out horrible and the nails he put tips on hurt and still have glue underneath. These pictures were taken same day as the “manicure”. I’m not sure this lady was even licensed?? and.. she was wearing her mask under her nose the whole time. Well…. found a new LOVE! We were visiting New Smyrna FL for the week and decided to take our party of 8 for pedicures when we came across T & K. When we stopped at 130 p.m. and asked availability for all 8 of us they were more than happy to accommodate all of us at 3 p.m. The staff was very friendly, professional, shared short stories, and over all happ! Truly a treasure to find such happy and proficient people all in one location!
