I made an appt for me and my momma for 6pm. We arrived maybe 5 mins early and Eric had already taken another client… they started on my moms manicure and finished before I even sat down with Eric. I wasn’t seen until 6:20… whats the point of making an appt; if they’re going to make u wait anyways? As well as, it sucks i couldn’t be with my mom. The reason I made the appointment is so we could BOTH be seen at the same time

Nails come out good. They do hurt you here and there which is why it’s one of the reasons i give it a two star. Another reason is one employee there a young gentlemen who has a station on the left side walking in the door, he always gets side track with the TV or his phone or conversation. Ive seen it happen not only to me but others. It’s like pay attention to the client some of us don’t have all the time. That’s my main complain there.

My regular nail tech had moved and someone else was available. Boy, I hit the jackpot! Karen, you rock!!!! My nails are beautiful . This place is so peaceful. Great pedicure chairs. Great service. Highly recommended. Ask for Karen you won’t be disappointed!

Nice spot for eyebrows, they come out great and its only $7. However they don’t take card for under $10. I was unable to tip one time i stopped by because I only had exact cash since they wouldn’t take the card, the girl made sure I knew she didn’t like that. Overall its a good place.

I forever looked for a place to do my nails and when I came here for the first time I absolutely fell in love with the place. Tracy is my girl and she does an awesome job! Love you Tracy!! Everyone else does a great job too and they’re all so friendly! I totally recommend this place!

They do a really nice job if you are able to get through the wait. Service is not good and you can wait a long time for a seat, even with an appointment if there is a miscommunication (which has happened to me three times). They do have great talented technicians and great prices if you can just spend the time waiting to get in.

I recommend this place 100% Tracy take her time to do a great job. I was getting a pedicure when another customer came in. Tracy didn’t rush and asked the customer nicely if she can wait and she did wait for 20 minutes. Thank you Tracy for always giving your clients the time needed for a great job.
