Never come here again totally disrespectful they attitude are disgusting they only want your money very disrespectful not friendly took my money before nails was even dry or done. And I would never return and refuse to due my full set she cracked my toe nails and refuse to due a acrylic tip for free I should sue them. Had my toe bleeding I rather go pay more than to settle for cheap prices and attitudes and they wonder why they don’t got no help for employees they are corrupted

I’ve been going here for about three years (as a snowbird) and I’ve been moderately satisfied until my last visit. I went in for a mani pedi, but the owner said I must pick one. I was leaving on vacation the next day and needed both. A couple came in after me (no appointment) and she had a mani pedi and the guy also had a mani or a pedi (I don’t remember which). When I asked why I couldn’t have both she said that she was short staffed — I get that. But what I don’t get is why she took someone who walked in (and gave them the services they requested) rather than finish with me before doing them. The result was a major inconvenience as I had to go somewhere else for the pedi. In addition, it cost me more money because the mani pedi wasn’t bundled together. I was a bit miffed and the owner never did explain to me why I could only have one. When the couple came in and it was obvious she was going to take them, her response to me was “I told you only one”. So … the customer service couldn’t be worse.

Critical: QualityThis is the worst nail salon ever. I asked for a mani and got a polish change at best. Not sure how someone can do a mani without lotion or a cuticle cutter. And they filed my nails after they were painted. My pedi only has one coat and my 8 year old niece could have done a better job. Never again

I got a full set and unfortunately the set looks like i need a fill already. For some reason the nail tech didnt put the acrylic close to my cuticle or even the sides, so i know have lifting 4 days in. The nail color (gel) i picked is beautiful and the shape is exactly what I wanted. I just wish the acrylic application would have been better. I am unable to add a picture but the 3 photos that are available show what i am trying to explain.

Lilly is amazing!!! I’ve been going to her to get my eyebrows done since I was 14 , I’m now 27. She has great customer service , really takes time to get to know you as a person instead of just for the money like most places. I recommend her to the fullest! You’ll def be satisifed. I just recently moved to Lake Placid and haven’t been able to find a nail salon that I am crazy about because I am very picky when it comes to my nails. Yesterday which was Sunday I found them on Google and they were the closest nail salon to me that was open (because most salons are closed on Sunday’s) *they are open 7 days a week, which is incredible!!* I will definitely be making the extra 30 minute drive from Lake Placid to Sebring to bring them my business because that is how pleased I am with the service and my nails. If you are looking for a good nail salon, this is definitely the one to go to!!

OMG! The people , Sing and Lily own the salon. They are very friendly, they talk to you while they are working. They do excellent manicures and pedicures. Reasonably priced also. Would definable recommend this salon !
