Critical: ProfessionalismI was not going to right a bad review here, but I feel this is a must. I got the dip here, and it was the Worse Dip I have ever gotten in my life nails were all Uneven. I went back to have them Redone, the Lady was very rude to me while redoing them and cut my finger in the process, and didn’t even apologize, I think she was upset because I came back. Then she told me “you don’t like the color don’t come back”, which I was happy with the color that was not the problem! she didn’t know how to apply the Dip on right!I decided to get shellac instead of the dip because I didn’t trust this lady to do my nails again in the Dip, Just worse customer service Ever!! Update: I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars as the previous owner is in doing nails. He holds fingers tightly so it hurts. I said ouch repeatedly and was ignored. Polish I picked not was not what I wanted butdobe nicely.
