I’m not gonna lie, i was nervous because while i was waiting, i was reading the reviews and I was very skeptical. Some of the workers seemed a little pushy and rude to other customers. They even had me leave my seat to sit another client while there were 7 other empty tables. I was mostly nervous about the turnout of my nails, but overall I think my nails are great. The pricing isn’t too bad, seemed regular to me. My friend wanted a flower on her hand that was simple and the man doing her nails told her “i can’t do it, you’re too picky”. (by picky, all she did was ask him to straighten her nails). Which i mean I respect the honesty, but he did end up doing it and I think it was decent. My friend felt very judged just for simply asking for normal things are nail salons so i’m not sure about that. My friends cousin went with us and she just got robbed basically. Absolutely awful(blue french tips)Decent service but i probably won’t come back.

I’ve been coming here for years, the past couple time coming they have severely been slacking. I have real nails with acrylic on top, the past couple days I have broken 4 nails to the quick with literally doing nothing. I am a dancer and I never hit jab or jam my nails thru have really ruined my nails I will never come back nor tell people about this business. So disappointed.

I brought my daughters to get their manis and pedis for Homecoming, and my mom and I got ours done too. We had an awful experience. First of all, as you can see from the image, my daughter was badly cut by the drill. The lady that cut her did not care to apologize, and she bled and bled. The water for our pedicures was cold. One of my daughters was the last one and they rushed her out of the chair and didn’t even finish her massage. The ladies doing our pedicures were rude, and they were talking about another lady that worked there behind her back, which I later realized was the owner who is super sweet. Then when we went over to get our nails done. Again, the nail techs were talking bad behind the owner’s back. One of my daughters got a full set, and the built-up acrylic was left under the nail. I spent over $400 including the $40 tip which I am fine with had we received quality treatment and at least mediocre service.I just want the owner to realize how horrible the whole experience was for us. What should have been an enjoyable morning/girls’ day at the spa was just a waste, and I want others to know. I’ll be going elsewhere.

Critical: QualityAsked for an almond shaped matte finished pink nail with silver hearts. These were powder dipped. I don’t mind the use of red for the heart, as the silver wasn’t showing up well, however the quality is awful, I’m embarrassed to be seen with these nails. The shape is really messed up, the tops are grooved from the filing and the color is uneven. I don’t mind the use of red for the heart, as the silver wasn’t showing up well, however the quality is awful, I’m embarrassed to be seen with these nails. The shape is really messed up, the tops are grooved from the filing and the color is uneven. You can actually feel the ripples along the top of the nail.

Tina is the ALL AROUND BEST nail artist I have ever met and her warm and kind personality are just the extra icing on the cake! With her 20 years experience she shaped my stubby, chewed up nails into perfectly tipped ombré SNS perfection. She also took the time to do a full manicure on top of a full set which fixed up my cuticles like magic. Thank you Tina! You are wonderful!

I’ve had an excellent experience. The salon is very warm and welcoming. And exceptionally clean. I noticed a lot of long time customers, always a great sign. I’m staying with this salon after leaving my last salon of 10 years. I definitely recommend. Gel manicures

I went here yesterday evening and had a the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The employees were not friendly and seemed very pushy as if I were bothering them to do their jobs. My nails were cut extremely low and uneven which I am displeased with and the paint on my pedicure is awful. Some nails are globbed up with paint and others are almost transparent. The man who did my nails also burned my ankles with the hot towels and walked away. I will never be going back here again and do not suggest that anyone does. Very bad service.

Very nice staff & place is clean. I had a pedicure done & I got the best one which was expensive. I wasn’t impressed with the pedicure my toenails weren’t trimmed & feet didn’t feel that smooth. The gel is an extra $15 on top of the already high price for pedicure & the polish didn’t look that great.

Do not go here! They are overpriced and the work is not good AT ALL. My nails were not the right shape, different lengths, and crooked. When I asked about why it was so expensive she told me they charged me a $20 to take off regular polish I had on my toes. I would not recommend this place to anyone Acrylic nails, Pedicure
