Absolutely love the place. The technician that I had was wonderful. She joked with me and was very gentle with my fingers. So my then I say my nails weren’t sore. She took her time and even though I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, she kind of helped me along. I walked in and sat right back sat right down and if they’re not finished or if someone walks in and they’re closing they will stay open. I won’t go anywhere else around here and also I’m from Illinois so the nail set that I got wouldn’t be like 1:10 and I only paid $50 and then a $5 tip. You just have to make sure you have the right nail tag I think and make sure you specifically either know what you want and let them know exactly and if not, bringing a picture… They change all different colors from purple, dark purple light purple the blue depending on how cold or hot you are

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got acrylic extensions done here yesterday. Not even 24 hours later the acrylic is turning green and there are black specks under my top coat. I do not tan or smoke, nor did I use any cleaning products. I’ve washed my hands with cold water a couple times now and what looks like gunk at the tips of my nails is that actual color the acrylic turned! They did not prep my nails properly, nor did they do a good job shaping my nails. Heck, the lady didn’t even wipe my nails off after filing. Just left the dust on my hands. I got acrylic extensions done here yesterday. Not even 24 hours later the acrylic is turning green and there are black specks under my top coat. I do not tan or smoke, nor did I use any cleaning products. This place is absolute garbage and they can never get anything right. I asked for a simple matte blue with one hem and the girl was not good at handling gently. The nail polish is see through and overall I’m not happy with my results. Acrylic nails

She asked me where I lived and she said no don’t tell people that I lived there to tell people I lived in Washington. I’m in villa ridge. Nikki did my pedicure. She was very nice to talk with and she did a good job. The reason I gave it two stars is because it is not clean. They did not disinfect between clients. I am use to going to a nail salon that sterilizes the instruments after each client. And would open a sterilized pack clean clippers/cuticle cutters etc.. in front of me. That is not something they practice here. Honestly, this place has so much potential.

I showed up as a walk in the day before my wedding. I understood that the two people that walked in after me had appointments so they have the priority of going first. I needed to know because with getting final details for me wedding if they couldn’t get me in I needed to try somewhere else. I though Katie was being nice to me by trying to squeeze me in and they said there was not another appointment until 5:15. I even sat down at the chair and she begun working on my nails and filing them when someone else came in and said they had an appointment at 4:15. So even though she was working on me already she told me I couldn’t stay in my seat because the other person took priority. Are you kidding me!? I was already seated down and being worked on! I told them that was ridiculous and if she was in the middle of painting my nails would she have still kicked me out of my seat? She could not answer to that and just said I could try to wait for something later. Unbelievable, terrible customer service. I will not be coming back ever again.
