My computer is not working so I’m using someone else’s to post this. I called early on a Friday and asked for an appointment and they told me to come in at 1 o’clock. I still waited 45 minutes. While I was waiting, another person walked in and asked for a manicure. She was told to come back at 5 o’clock. She asked if they had anything earlier and they said no. Then I heard an employee answer the phone a short time later, telling a customer they had an opening at 3 o’clock. Not very well organized when it comes to customer service.

I don’t even know where to start. I normally avoid leaving low star reviews because I think maybe I caught someone on a bad day… I honestly can’t make this excuse for them and am really surprised this place is so highly reviewed.

They always do a great job! There’s no doubt in my mind that these women deserve way more than what they charge. I get a pedicure every few weeks in the Summer and they spend a lot of time making sure everything is done right. Call ahead for a reservation, they are busy!

I heard great things about this place so I decided to make an appointment (the week prior) there for myself and my friend who was getting married the next day. The day of the appointment we called to see if we could push the time back and they were totally okay with it. When we got to the salon, they took walk-ins ahead of our time and could not fit us in. Now we have to go to her wedding with our nails not done.
