I received a manicure at this nail salon. I looked away for one second and she had dusty tools on the table. They weren’t in a sterile bag or anything.

Critical: QualityTj nails is usually my go to nail place and majority of the time provides good service, however my most recent experience was awful. I specified to the lady I did not want my nails cut short but she did it anyway leaving my nails EXTREMELY short than what they were initially. She also kept filing the sides of my nails down until they were eventually bleeding and left a deep cut. I left with very short nails and hurt hands. Tj nails is usually my go to nail place and majority of the time provides good service, however my most recent experience was awful. I specified to the lady I did not want my nails cut short but she did it anyway leaving my nails EXTREMELY short than what they were initially. This place is HORRIBLE. They broke my nails. There were bugs EVERYWHERE. The supplies is unsanitary they don’t clean anything. The nail polish was uneven and looked like an actual child did it. They don’t understand what nails are supposed to look like. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD. I have an important event tomorrow and now my hands look horrible thanks to them. They looked bad when they first did them, and after I asked them to fix them, my nails looked ten times worse. PLEASE LET THIS PLACE GO OUT OF BUSINESS

Unimpressed. My shellac lifted after 1 day. Shotty looking work. Rude staff. Long wait and no sense of urgency or customer service. I can deal with poor customer service if the work is good, but honestly this was one of the worst gel manicures I’d ever had. Waste of money. I won’t be back
