Complete scam artist….beware!!! I have had my hair done at his salon a few times for the protein smoothing treatment and have always paid $215. I called him prior to my appointment yesterday to get the prices for additional services (color and cut). He gave me a price breakdown and said I’ll do everything $350. I said perfect because I don’t want to pay more than that. He also said he would give me a gift of some illuminating shine treatment that he just started doing. He said have the girls call me when you get there and I’ll let them know our conversation. So when I got to the salon I told Rachel exactly that and we all agreed to that price in the salon as well. (She wouldn’t call him for some reason but I didn’t think much of it because well he’s never screwed me before and he’s friends with a good friend of mine). Fast forward to the end of my service and time to pay. Rachel says to me it’s $430!!! Wtf how did that even happen. So I went over what Ofer said to me on the phone and that’s why before I sat in the chair I went over it with you as well and we all agreed! Now after the service you want to upcharge me $80!!!! She says it’s not possible that that would be the price and a bunch of excuses. She THEN calls Ofer and he says that conversation never happened, he never said those words. So basically his word is shit and he cannot be trusted!! He then goes on to tell me that this is his business and he doesn’t send me his bills…really nasty! What kind of Entrepreneur talks to their customers that way! In America you appreciate your customers and own up to you word! While his product is amazing I will never return to this salon. He’s a liar and a thief and he’ll say whatever you want to hear just to get you in to his tiny shit hole salon!
