Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I’m new to the area and was sold by the owner that my experience would be incredibly positive, no questions asked. Unfortunately for them, I got the exact opposite experience. I went in to get a color and cut with Melanie, after I was told that she was professional and creative. I can truly say I’ve never been more disappointed with the lack of professionalism, skill, and management in my life. Not only did Melanie commit the biggest hair stylist sin of bringing the color book to my station, she also had the audacity to give me feedback on my hair ask. I’m sorry, but if I wanted to color my own hair, I would have gone to cvs, not to a salon that claims to be “the best” in the area. I guess it was my fault really. As soon as I entered the space and assessed their preferred hair products (marginal at best) and saw the variety of non-hair things (jewelry, scarves, etc) for sale, I should have walked out. If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I’m new to the area and was sold by the owner that my experience would be incredibly positive, no questions asked. Unfortunately for them, I got the exact opposite experience. I went in to get a color and cut with Melanie, after I was told that she was professional and creative.
