Critical: QualityAs one review said the staff is very friendly. But the quality was not the greatest I even had the lady try and fix my shape. Any time I have ever gotten a coffin shaped know they have a cut and filed. Here they just filed and I did not at all get the shape that I wanted. My nails Are thick on one hand and some are thick and thin on the other hand. The quality definitely is not good this was my first time coming here. I even brought my daughter for the first time. As one review said the staff is very friendly. But the quality was not the greatest I even had the lady try and fix my shape. Any time I have ever gotten a coffin shaped know they have a cut and filed. Here they just filed and I did not at all get the shape that I wanted. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueHeidy is very professional and passionate about her work. She pay attention to details which makes for an amazing experiences and the shape is always beyond perfect. She always makes sure my nail shape is perfection. I recommend going here and font listen to the other reviews. Clearly a dip set takes 2 hour or sometimes longer— especially if you have to soak your nails. If you want a rushed set then I suggest buying already made nails at Walmart or something. They are very clean and they do not use dirty brushes, I see them sanitize everything, every time I come in.Heidy is very professional and passionate about her work. I went in on last Saturday to get a dip full set (Nexgen). The ladies were very nice and friendly but the quality of work is HORRIBLE. I should have really thoroughly read the reviews, because they are true. I’ve only had my nails for a week and they have already come off.
