Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueWhen I called they said a full set of acrylics is $25 plus so I was excited about that reasonable price. The lady who did them was professional and the nails turned out pretty good. But then she told me she was going to charge me $55. I was in shock because the design wasn’t that complicated and I didn’t understand how it got so expensive. Even on their window it says full sets $26. It ended up being $55 + $5 tip so $60. I’m very disappointed about this price and will not be returning. I’ll find somewhere else that’s cheaper for the same quality.Update 6/4/21: my ombré nails completely faded and started fading hours after getting them done. I wasn’t going to mention this before but I’m very unhappy now and when I was getting my nails done the nail tech cut me two times. My cuts stung afterwards and she didn’t do anything besides simply wipe the blood away. My friend who was with me also got her nails done and the lady who did hers messed them up and she had to go back to get them fixed. I watched one of the nail techs go from doing her nails straight to doing another ladies pedicure without washing her hands in between. Not a very cleanly place where they stuffed used rags into a empty water jug and when they were sitting to do our nails they took their shoes off. When I called they said a full set of acrylics is $25 plus so I was excited about that reasonable price. The lady who did them was professional and the nails turned out pretty good. But then she told me she was going to charge me $55. I was in shock because the design wasn’t that complicated and I didn’t understand how it got so expensive. I’m 70 and I have arthritis and I told her please not to pull or hold my fingers tight. There are about 6 women working there and they continuously talk loud to one in other and never interact with their customers. Very unprofessional and poor quality of work. I recently moved to the area and I have tried this salon twice. Getting gel nails they cut me twice and also very rough with my hands. I’m 70 and I have arthritis and I told her please not to pull or hold my fingers tight. There are about 6 women working there and they continuously talk loud to one in other and never interact with their customers. Very unprofessional and poor quality of work. I will never go back.
