I’ve had the pleasure of having Terina doing my hair for 2 years now. I absolutely love the end result every time! I literally tell her to do whatever she thinks will look nice color wise and I am always left with beautiful and more healthy looking hair! She also always gives the best advice to maintain healthy hair until I come back. I also get my eyebrows waxed and lash tinting with Ashley. She is just as amazing! The customer service throughout this business is phenomenal. I will never go to any salon after I have come here. Best salon team in this area!

Started here after covid, they made accommodations to help me feel comfortable getting back out. As one that is not the best in the beauty arena, I’ve been able to turn over my trust to them, and I always leave feeling amazing. Got amazing hair extensions when I was struggling through rough hair issues. (Still loving them now !) It’s a clean, professional, welcoming environment. And I love that in the beginning of every appointment I’m still asked if I’ve been happy with the previous services I received and if I have any concerns or if there is anything I’d like to do differently.

I have been going to Terina for 4 years now and won’t go anywhere else. The level of professionalism, cleanliness and skill is beyond words. I have gone from long to pixie to long again all with her expertise. My hair has never been healthier. I am a former stylist so am extremely picky and knowledgeable myself. This salon is top notch in every aspect. Ashley does my eyebrow wax and tinting to perfection. She has taken me from very thin with some spots missing to a beautiful full arch and color. First let me say I have tried this salon several times. The first time I tried a stylist, I received a good haircut, the second time it was not cut the same. I decided to give the salon a try once again. Had to use someone else because my original stylist was booked. When getting any haircut, style or whatever your needs are, you should never walk out with hair so long you can put it in a ponytail. I decided to give it one last attempt and try the owner. That was a disastrous mistake. Showed her a picture and got a botched horrible haircut that I now have to let grow out. It’s great for the clients who love this place. However there were a few negative reviews.I also didn’t mention , my bangs were in my eyes and needed more to be taken off. When I called they wanted me there at a certain time and had already been at a doctors office. Not very accommodating. I had to pay more money somewhere else, and asked stylist why my hair was falling forward and not going back. She explained to me what was wrong. Have to say this was a first for me. Showed the owner a picture and got nothing like what I showed her. Won’t be returning. Not worth the high price either where it is located. I won’t be reading the comment from the owner either. I am the one suffering.

Terina is the kindest, most bubbly woman I know who after probably 10-12 hours of work I come in at end of her day and she is so fun to be with while I’m getting my hair done!!
