Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI am definitely recommending this place I’ve used many nail salons and I am very picky as I’ve had infection from a pedicure at a different salons. Since I’ve first come to T & C nail salon I only used Tony his table is no 6 and his amazing attention to detail it’s great and his very good at nail art if you bring a picture he will do the design. I am definitely recommending this place I’ve used many nail salons and I am very picky as I’ve had infection from a pedicure at a different salons. Since I’ve first come to T & C nail salon I only used Tony his table is no 6 and his amazing attention to detail it’s great and his very good at nail art if you bring a picture he will do the design. I’ve added few pictures below.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy 16 year old daughter went in for powder dips and came out with every cuticle inflamed and butchered. Several of them were bleeding and she was crying. On top of that, the color was not blended at all and the dips were irritating the cuticles where they met.I notified the owner who down played it and said that they only made 4 of them bleed and he would tell him to wear glasses from now on. Instead of fixing the problem or offering a refund, he said we could go there on Monday when it wasn’t so busy because he had other customers now.I’m home soaking, cleaning, filing and repainting these awful nails and hoping none of the open areas around her nails gets infected. All with a very tearful teenage girl whose fingers are all in pain. I’ll never go here again. My 16 year old daughter went in for powder dips and came out with every cuticle inflamed and butchered. Several of them were bleeding and she was crying. On top of that, the color was not blended at all and the dips were irritating the cuticles where they met.

I am pretty selective when it comes to my nails and my eyebrows. I HIGHLY recommend you see Toni because hes very gentle and attentive. I explained how I would like my nails to look before he got started and they looked better than I even expected. Ps. He also gives the best pedicures ever and doesn’t launch your feet back in the water when it’s time to switch &he looks for the knots in your feet while spending the actual time massaging it.And for my eyebrows, typically everyone i go to for waxing has left them thinner than I had wanted them and I’ve been growing them out. I got the pleasure of asking Hein if she could clean them up for me and help emphasize the shape of my brows and she did amazing. It wasn’t rushed at all and she checked in with me and kept asking me to check out the progress during, and it was perfectly executed.Overall, I’d HIGHLY reccomend because of how attentive and genuine they are and you dont really find that quality anymore.Amazing customer service. I’ve been coming here quite often and I’ve always been treated well when it comes to services. I am pretty selective when it comes to my nails and my eyebrows. I HIGHLY recommend you see Toni because hes very gentle and attentive. I explained how I would like my nails to look before he got started and they looked better than I even expected. Ps. The client appeared to have a nail fungus & the tech was not wearing gloves! When done with her, with dirty hands, the tech started to apply gloves to start my pedicure. Seeing that he had contaminated the gloves with his dirty hands, I asked him to wash his hands. He, another tech & the owner were laughing & speaking in their language like it was funny! This salon not only does not use the basic practice of cleanliness, i.e. handwashing between clients, but acts like it is a joke! BEWARE!
